evandostert
I should order up a new tune. I need my rear o2's deleted anyway. I am cutting the cats this week. Will leaving it unlock that much kill the converter???????
zippy
more timing advance in the lower rpm is also achievable which is important.

m396 #00-011
I would deffinetly re-tune after the convertor. I can't stress that enough, as I found out how much time it was costing me with my own eyes. As Zippy said, more timing can be added lower too. I did that as well ;) When the convertor locks up, it takes a couple of seconds to fully lock. As it locks, it pulls down the RPM's as you are trying to gain. With the G-Tech, I noticed no real gain, until I kept the convertor unlocked. With the G-Tech, take it for what it's worth, programming, Shift kit, and stall, I gained .7 in the 1320'.
