Rear window tint

The only thing I can think of is, one of john and mines friend has a BMW what had tint on the rear window and she always used the defroster and eventually it started to bubble and got destroyed, but that could be a combination from the hot Florida sun and the defroster.

No issues with tinting it, the issues come when if you need to peel it off if the rear window has the strips running thru it for the defrost you end up damageing them with either the razor blade or steel wool when peeling or cleaning the glue off, but most people will never remove it from the rear window after it's done anyways
