zippy Posted October 14, 2004 Report Share Posted October 14, 2004 it's not terrible on them, but the flow path for the fluid is much better with the trans shifting itself. on the other hand, if you're having shift points programmed in, why not make it shift where you want it to with the pcm.... HDMLNIUM Posted October 16, 2004 Report Share Posted October 16, 2004 Very nice times for only a couple of mods. I had Westers set my truck up to shift at 5900 at WOT. That works very nice and a lot better than trying to do it manually. Just my 2 cents, get your shift points up to 5800 or so in your tune and let the truck shift for itself.
