Yeah I used the world harbor teriyaki marinade. Added a little garlic and soy sauce. Wife loved it!! My son enjoyed his bagel bites!!!!

Is that a gas fired Hibachi grill. Just looked at the picture again and noticed how shallow it is...

No just a weber 3 burner gas grill . Nothing fancy. The smoker is out back.

One thing I've learned over the years buy em cheap and us them hard..the elements down here eat them up quickly...the little Weber knock of i do all my grilling on cost me 40$ at wally World and i love the shit out of it...Especially since i seen Johnny reference the snake method on the coals!

Up north here, it's not as bad. I have a Vermont Castings that I've had for 12 years now, with no issues. My sides are starting to rust out, along with heat stress degradation. I run 5 20# gas bombs a year on average, so my girl is always in use.

I do some of my best cooking every year at Dover De NASCAR race, on a $40 wally world special ... ???

Yeah the flavor bars rusted out pretty quick. This is our 4 set and we went stainless. And the ignition switch went. Not a fan of the grates. I wish they went the other way. This thing gets a lot of use.

Looking to get a treager pellet smoker soon!!!

The snake is the STUFF. Really makes a kettle grill controllable. Glad it's working out for you.
