I don't know how it would perform, but its a lot of work, and a lot of the parts have to be changed. TBSS Posted January 4, 2005 Report Share Posted January 4, 2005 I haven't heard anything good about Chevy's non-LS1 crate motors, and plenty bad. It would appear that you would do much better - quality-wise and even price-wise - by going to HPE or APE, etc, and getting one of them to build you a motor.
