  1. Jesse can also do a dual tune with the tow/ haul mode. That way you could switch on the fly. Might be good for nitrous or maybe detuning the shift firmness for when the wife drives.
  2. Sounds good. Two questions for you. How did you use the stock tailpipe with the 2504? I thought the outlets were in the wrong place to do that? Second, how much louder than stock would you say it is?
  3. Yeah, I checked there. They don't have any clips of the 2505 or 2506.
  4. Anyone have sound clips of the flo-pro 2505 and 2506 mufflers?
  5. I'm getting ready to order some tranny parts and need some opinions. I plan on getting the Transgo HD kit, metal separator plate, aluminum accumulator piston and Corvette servo per Mister P's advice. How will this all work if I leave the tuning stock for a while? Will I still get firmer shifts with Torque Management still enabled? Later I plan on a Trailblazer TC and a tune.
  6. The 2505/2506 is dual in and dual out. Is that how the SS is? I thought they were dual in, single out. The tailpipe is dual out at the muffler then y-pipe down to a single outlet. I had no idea. I gues that would make it easier to have a dual tip.

  8. I just put some goodyear 305/50/20 on the back of my vortec max and are on my stock rims I think they look pretty good. I'll get some pics soon so you can see them. Cool, thanks
  9. I love the design and want one, now. I'd probably do it smaller, but way cool.
  10. It sounds like you have a bad pin switch in the front passenger door. I thought the door ajar switch was in the rear handle, but those don't appear to do anything. Is the switch part of the latch somehow?
  11. Well, I have had my truck for less than a week and now this happens. Driving down the road and Passenger Door Ajar is displayed on the DIC and the interior lights turn on. I opened and shut the door and it went off. A few miles later it did it again. Anyone have this happen? Can you replace the door ajar switch without pulling the rear handles? Is it fairly easy to pull the rear handles? Thanks
  12. i should have clarified... i use the airlift kit, part #59103. Summit has the kit for $169.88, highly recommend it for ease of installation and quality of product. Any pictures of your setup mounted the way it is?
  13. Anyone running 305/50/20 on stock rims? Any pictures? I know they fit, but I think they may not look right on the narrow 8.5" wheels.
  14. When I emailed Firestone, they said their kit wouldn't work with a lowered kit. Also I think the McGaughy's kit uses Firestone bags. I think the option I will use it the Airlift kit. You can get the bags and even a compressor for around $300.
  15. I just checked with summit and the front/rear SSBC upgrade is only $760. Now its looking even more appealing.
  16. Have you got a link for them please? they sound in my price band http://stainlesssteelbrakes.com/
  17. For the rear disc guys, Stainless Steel Brakes has a 14" rotor package that relocates the stock calipers for about $900 for all 4 wheels. For the rear drum guys, they have the same thing for the front only for about $460.
  18. Its not so much that I want a ginormous wing, just a spoiler that pitches up a little more than the ISS one. Something like the SLP Thunderbolt one.
  19. Who makes an aftermarket spoiler that is larger than the Intimidator one?
  20. Can you email me the pics. For some reason I can't look at them on this site. [email protected]
  21. I'm interested in one of the retractable hard tonneau covers, like the retrax. Does anyone know of one that doesn't look like slats, but has a smooth surface?
  22. When I made the comment about the McGaughy's kit it was based on tire clearance and your pictures. I thought you had the stock tires and I wanted to go wider so I thought it would be limited by the air bags. Now I see that you have 305's on there and have no clearance issues so I have nothing against the McGaughy's kit. But I am interested in exploring all options.
  23. Thanks, Robbie. What size tires do you have with the 22's?
  24. I just got an email back from Firestone and they say they don't have anything that will work with the lowered rear?? I don't get it, I've heard of guys using firestone bags on here before.
