Has anyone tried the bilsteins on a lowered truck? I have the McGaughy's 2/3.5 drop and need something to work with it. I have bilsteins on my corvette and just love them.

How do the Frederico bars compare to the Hotchkiss bars in quality, price and performance?

Just sent out the check for my new 2004 black SS. Found it on craigslist down in CA about 20 miles from where my mom lives. I had her and her husband go check it out and I am buying it sight unseen. I plan on flying down in the next couple of weeks to pick it up. Only mods are a McGaughy's 2/3.5 drop. It has 38K miles and I picked it up for $23000.

What air bag helpers are available with a McGaughy's 2/3.5 drop? I have seen the McGaughy's kit, but would like to see something with a little more tire clearance. Thanks

thanks, guys. I ended up finding a Black 2004 with 38K miles and McGaughy's 2/4 drop in mint shape. Its in So Cal about 20 miles from my mom's house and I'm getting it for $23000. I plan on flying down in two weeks to pick it up. The one at Hinton Motors is $31K. Seems like a lot for a 2005 with 15K miles.
