The rims fit for sure but the tires may rub at 305-45-22. You want to run a 40 series or below if going with a 305 width tire. Still a pretty damn good deal though.

I have heard many instances where people make a gain by lowering their truck. I'm not sure at the moment how much exactly, but I can understand it bc it improve aerodynamics.
