  1. okay i was thinkin' 180... i will find out how much it will cost to send them to nevada and then i can give you a final price... i bought them for around 290 so my plan was to sell them for half price which is 145 and then add on shipping. oh yah and I called my supplier and he said '99 to '07 are all the same so they will fit.
  2. yah i feel you.. imma take 'em off today after work cuz i'm tired of lookin at 'em.. i'll clean 'em up and throw 'em on craigslist.. if they sell they sell... i originally got them for my lady cuz she's 5 foot nothin', but i told her i'm baggin' the truck this summer so she'll have no problem getting in... no advice on how much to sell 'em for??
  3. looks great man... that really puts the finishing touches on the whole sport truck look... I'm curious to hear it because I have the same set up basically on a supercharged 4.8... I bet yours is way louder... I really need to get my hands on a bigger motor... anyways I'm sure you already turn many heads with the look of the SSS, but now the sounds will have 'em lookin earlier... diehard
  4. I'm thinkin' about removing my Westin black powder coated side steps and selling them... I was thinking $175 or so... how much do ya'll think I could sell them for?... i was just thinkin if anybody on here has a silverado work truck or something they'd want them because the reason I'm taking them off is they don't flow with the sport truck look. They are more for lifted trucks. Let me know if anybody would like them or at least let me know a ball park figure I should advertise them at. Thanx.
  5. aight my bad... just figured i'd try and get some feedback before I actually posted them as for sale since there not even off the truck yet

  7. Damn you got me ... that was a good one...lol... I really hope they decide to put it in production... that is one sexy ride.
  8. Keep your head up and stay optimistic... the cancer was caught and removed so now its time for recovery... i wish you a fast and full recovery... God bless
  9. I think that looks real good man... in my opinion the flat black pops more because the gloss black seems to blend in with the black cross bar on the grill... either way blacked out is the way to go... keep up the good work!!
  10. aye man that looks pretty bad a$$... 68 and 69 are my favorite years for the camaro... I found a royal blue 68 for sale but the guy is asking 25000... its already restored... i think i would have more fun going the route you did and fixing it up from nothing... what do you think about the 09 camaro??? do you think they did a good job modeling it after the 69???
  11. Is anybody else here from the Bay Area or Northern California?????
  12. Definitely go with Goodmark... they fit perfect all around!
  13. I am confused as to what this person was thinking... I'm really into 2 tone paint jobs on muscle trucks, I think that look is better on luxury vehicles because it enhances the luxury look... but if they really wanted a 2 tone paint job, that wasn't the way to do it... maybe the top half one color and the bottom half another would look better... oh well to each his own right???
  14. Thanx... have you ever been out this way?
  15. Thanks so much.... I bet your ride is pretty sweet too.. In my opinion the Chevy truck is the best ride to trick out because there are endless mods that can be done... my truck is soon to be paid off and i'm struggling with choosing between getting the 09 camaro when it comes out or just getting a single cab ss silverado and making it as fast as possible (since I originally wanted the SS)... what do ya'll think???
  16. Thanx... how long have you had your ProCharger? I hear it is one of the best brands to go with.
  17. thanx man... the most important mod ive done is the ProCharger P1SC supercharger and custom intake and exhaust... everything else has been mostly cosmetic... I plan to lower the truck more this summer and possibly get some headers... later on down the road I want to get larger crate motor because I plan on keeping this truck forever.
  18. I know I don't have an SS, but the Army didn't pay me enough at the time I was ready to purchase...haha... I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new to the site... My name is Steve and it is good to see a site full of Chevy trucks... Later on down the road I plan on dropping a larger motor in the truck so maybe i'll be more worthy of being on this site... anyway I wanted to let everyone know that I think there are some bad a$$ trucks on here and nothin' beats a ... take care all... PaYcE!!!!
