    Tuning

Where are you located? A in person tune from either would be preferred. CD
  3. REMEMBER, you will need to have a retune if you change the injector size. Really sounds like you need a good tuner run some logs and find the REAL problem. CD
  4. Is there not a way to Solder the wires and salvage the Harness? Even if you had to add a bit of wire a good job can be done for a lot less than $100. Give it some thought. CD
  5. Well I see that your are about 50 miles from Dallas. I would think that you would be able to find a local tuner there. A live tune should be your best bet. Do you have logging software? If so sharing that info here could shed some light on the problem. A comparsion of 1/4 mile times or dyno pulls also would be helpful. Check all the basic stuff as far as connections, air leaks, etc and work your way through the problem. The more info you post, the more help can get. Good luck. CD
  6. Have you checked to see that the 90mm TB is opening all the way? Do you have the X-Link cable I think it is called that makes the TB open all the way? Is the intercooler pump working? Just a few things to think about before the Dyno. Good Luck CD
  7. Send me a PM. I have a set of Marine injectors here that I would sell. CD
  8. Holy Turbo Bat Man! That is awesome. !!! CD
  9. Welcome aboard. C3's are cool. On the tune, there is not much way of knowing what is there without some pulling it and giving it a look. You should look up Zippy (in Vegas) and let him tune it for you in person. Have Fun CD
  10. Fastest PRODUCTION Truck 154.5 MPH Think that was in 2004. CD
  11. Hey, there. Happy to seee you back on the board. First check the fuse for the seats which is under the panel at the left side of the dash. If that is ok, then it may be the heating element in the seat. Get the dealer to trouble shoot the problem or maybe the body that your other car is in. The LIST price for the heating element is going to be high. I had to price one for my Impala, and said NO to the repair. The whole seat had to come out on that one. Good luck CD
  12. This just breaks my heart to see an SS done this way. CD

Now there is the KEY statement! BE sure that your tuner knows what he doing. You would not want to pay $100 for a blown up motor. For sure a in person tune can give you great results. Good Luck CD
  14. (St Jude) That is where I work! We will do all we can. CD
  15. As stated, YES the SS did come with a few options. If I remember right the 05 had AWD as an option, as well as the cloth seats and other items to try and hold down the price. CD
  16. And then you have people like me who just stay in the bushes!! Ha Ha. Merry Christmas everyone. Cd
  17. WOW!, I was just going to buy a new filter for my 03. Had the part # and everything, but I guess there is no need. Now I am going to have to check the owners manual as I sure thought the filter was mentioned in there. Thanks for the info. CD
  18. Great Work Chase! Man I can only dream what you would run with better AIR, it would be 10's for sure. Will you be trying for more runs soon? CD
  19. I think that this is healthy conversation to have. It is easy for us to forget that we also had Newbe questions at one time or the other. Don't we all want the SS community to be friendly one? I sure hope so. On the other hand I will go out of my way to help someone IF I see they are also using the search tools and doing research to answer their own questions. That is the way we all learn the most, working together and sharing ideas. CD
  20. You do know that the math is wrong I hope. The right answer is $425.00 dollars Good principle for sure. CD
  21. I have had the 2503 Flo-Pro for 3 years now and it is bit louder that stock, but it flows better than stock. NO Drone! I tried a large Magaflow, but could not live with the drone it had. CD
  22. I was out doing a few things today and passed 6 gas stations, all but two were OUT of gas. Those two only had preimum. I paid $3.83 for my fill up. Word is that most station around here are out of regular. I am praying that this will not last long. CD
