  1. The LSA of 113 is not going to work well with FI. It looks ok for a NA cam. CD
  2. It depends a lot on how long the stickers have been in place. I have read that using a hair drier will break the glue so that you can just peel them off. Good luck with the project. CD
  3. Joey, the standard for forced induction is .030 to .036 on TR6's. This has been proven may times. The only variable is the PSI that you are running. Like Chase is doing with high boost, he is going tighter. How much boost is the PC1 doing for you? CD
  4. Hey Guys. I have along with my 03 SS a 03 Impala LS with the 3.8 engine. The Impala is about to roll over 55,000 miles and I want to know what everyone thinks about using the dealership to do a filer change and new fluid on the transmission. I am having NO problems with the car at this time and want to keep it that way. I just don’t know if I will be getting into trouble with having the service done. Some say let it go, others say do it now. What about it Zippy and Mr. P ? I want your thoughts on the service as I can’t get under there and do it myself. CD
  5. Is there a way to download and save the video? I need to have that on hand to get me through the day! That is one bad ride! CD
  6. The black truck is Frank5L. He lives in Arkansas. That is a 9 sec truck on the right day. He has it back together and running the last I heard. An oil line broke and caused him to lose traction. This one of the things that happens when you have that much HP. CD
  7. Glad you found some one good to do that work. The 2600 Vig will stall a bit low unless you are hitting it with extra power. You might try a flash stall and smash it off idle at the track. Mine hits at 22 to 2400. CD
  8. I think that we might need some info on your problem. Is the truck giving a security code? CD
  9. Info from a previous thread "Wheel & tire + 74 lbs each" Be sure to let us know what you go with. CD
  10. On my 03 it is 3/4" in the center. Hope this helps. CD
  11. B1259 Solar Radiation Sensor Circuit Open That is the only one I can find, and I think that they are BCM codes. CD
  12. Maybe it is time to make a little trip to have someone look at it. Contact Dezracing and ask for Don Kinder . . ."AKA SlowHawk" He has a great reputation over on LS1tech. Have you tried new knock sensors? Something has the sensitivity up for sure. CD
  13. Your questions mean that you don't have a clue as to how to size a supercharger. Please take your time and enjoy the learning experience and see what different size blowers are designed to do. Remember that new ZR1 Corvette is using the 2300 on a 6.2 liter at low psi. The 122 would be a much better choice. I have not heard of anyone shipping a 2300 as of yet. CD
  14. Check your voltage drop when the solenoids kick in and fix that first. It could too small a feed wire to the nitros sysyem, or the Alternator is not keeping up. If you want to check out the Crank Pinning look at Krambo's How to Crank Pinning Sticky CD
  15. I believe it is time for you to do some READING. A SS is not built to respond to a programmer like the diesel, no turbo, no boost. Just fuel, air, timing is going to put you where you want to be. Do your research, and I think you will agree that a in person tune will give you what you want out of the SS. CD
  16. I trust Meguiar's® for sure. I bet it will do the job with no problems. CD
  17. I think it might be time to get a NEW set of Knock sensors. With the stock & Webster PCM both showing knock, this could be the common problem. Do you have PCM logging software? CD
  18. Glad to see you back! It is time for you to tell us some LAW stories. I hope the job is going well. You were missed. CD
  19. It looks like the real deal to me. Ranch Trip Have Fun! CD
  20. This has got to be the BEST thing I have heard all week!!! CD
  21. Give Futral Motorsports a call Futral Motorsports Alan does great work. I made the drive from Memphis and they won't disappoint you. CD
  22. I used the Manley Nextec springs. Manley Springs See page 63 for the info. CD
  23. You will be seeing some Ice or Snow during the trip. Watch the weather forcast before you leave. CD
