Kinda cheesy, but has anyone seen that movie? I noticed that all the government vehicles(suburbans) have the SS wheels on them. Just the painted silver ones. Anyone else notice that?

Just disconnect the battery before taking the bag out. There is a write up on gmfullsize.com about installing the DIC on our trucks. You need teh steering wheel, clock spring, and might need the correct speedometer. Too much work and $$$ for what it does.... The volume button on my radio is just fine for me. I'm not that lazy to where I need a button on the wheel.

I like the esky handle because it has the painted bezel and chrome pull handle. What would chip on the esky handles? They are just painted bezels and the chrome pull handle is not a stick on one. It is solid plastic with a chrome finish. I don't want the whole chrome handle, just the pull handle. I think the all chrome ones look tacky.

Wow, that VHO one looks good!! I like them better when they are just polished on the SS, not painted!! Great work and bump for a nice upgrade!!

What do you guys think about the outer door handles. Esky ones are $88 for the pair for me, but money is tight right now. Should I get the paint to match handles and have them painted and just put on the stainless cover on the handle. I don't know if it will hold up as well as the esky handle would..???

I once saw a 99-02 silverado that had bucket seats on the rear instead of the bench. All the seats were 2 toned, and it was one of the best interiors I have seen in our trucks. Amps mounted in the headliner and a custom center console that went all the way to the rear wall between the seats....
