  1. Nice looking truck. Where's the Billet grille???
  2. Monster = CRAP!! I can't believe people buy Monster Cable products. They are sooo overpriced it isn't funny. Go to monoprice.com and get one there. Do some research on google and you will find a lot of the professional installs use monoprice over Monster. $120 Monster Cable vs $10 monoprice.com cable. Tests were done and both conducted the exact same. Save yourself some $$$. http://www.monoprice.com/products/search.a...mp;keyword=hdmi
  3. Nice buy! I just got rid of one for a ranger. I like the vinyl ones. Mine tilts with the shocks, and I take it off a lot to haul stuff and for the 4 wheeler. The fiberglass one would be too much of a pain to take off all the time.
  4. Easy fix. Body drop it and bag it. Good luck taking that when it's sitting on the frame...
  5. Great for me. I was wondering what the hell was wrong?? MUCH Faster!!!
  6. Very nice writeup!! I might want to try this someday, when I get brave. Thanks.
  7. Looking good. Looks like that tinted tail needs a small buff.
  8. Once the wheels start to pitt, there is nothing that can be done except to re-chrome them.
  9. I had a scrap piece of diamond plate aluminum, and I fabbed up a nice little bracket. Had to take the 2 bolts out on the hitch to lower it just a hair, and slid it in. Bolts hold it nice and tight. I wish I took a pic of the bracket before I installed it. It is sweet to have the camera now. It has the infrared leds to see at night. Very nice to have. Oil culprit -- Fixed now. Leaking cam seal and timing cover.
  10. Finally got around to installing this today. Made a nice diamond plate bracket to fit right into the "V" area on the hitch. Woo Hoo!!!
  11. I have heard a lot of those going out in our trucks...
  12. I've seen it done before. Guy who did it said that he had no probs with the reception. Try it and see if you like it. He had it hardwired so it turned on with the truck.
  13. I've seen all his videos. That is one fast truck!!!!
  14. Nice songs so far.. I have some Hollywood Undead on my top 5 right now.
  15. I was just getting ready to post the same thing. I just found it on that website. i think it looks pretty cool. Might look better on a black housing, so there isn't as much reflection on the chrome.
  16. Congrats to all!! I have almost 3 months under my belt...
  17. Too late, I already took it out. It spins freely on the shaft, but the motor wont sipn the shaft. I shut it down in the summer. Too hot for the hot tub, plus that makes for one hell of an electric bill with the spa running and the A/C... Thanks!!
  18. I have a dura-Jet pump. 2.25 hp - 2 speed. Filled up the hot tub and the pump won't work. It kicks on, but then back off after about 5 secs. I can see the shaft, and it is not spinning. I drained it and took out the pump. Took off the wet part, and the impeller and the shaft spin fine. There were some small brown shaving inside the pump. Is there a way to diagnose the pump outside of the spa since it cannot operate dry? Wasn't sure if anyone has some experiencs. Thanks.
  19. Nice vid. I wish I could afford a stunt bike. Maybe sometime this summer if I can find a cheap one.
  20. I see. Kinda like the new audi head lights. They have that white row of leds under them. I think those look bad ass... Try it and see how the finished product turns out.
  21. Good luck with the build. I keep checking back for more progress and the nice pics.
  22. I don't know if the Silverado's are the same or not, but on my S10, I had to drive in reverse (after I replaced the pads in the rear) and slam on the brakes a couple of times. Had to do it kinda hard. Try doing some more reverse stops and see if that helps.
  23. I see your truck is black. Get some LED ones and tint them. That would look pretty sweet.
  24. Looks cool, but expect fome turbo lag.... All the way in the trunk..????
