  5. I might be interested in the trans. what would shipping cost to Brunswick, GA
  6. nice looking truck. perfect drop.

  7. Your truck is definitely going to be leaving hard out the hole. I need to find something in the middle. something that works great N/A but ins't too much when I spray it. I doubt he is hitting it right out the hole though like i do. I think 36-3800 would be fine but I don't know if I need a single disc or multi disc? loose or tight? Its hard finding the right one when it N/A 50% and 150 shot 50% of the time.
  8. I cut 1.85-1.89 60s N/A with this converter. I thought for sure though I would run more around a 8.5 now. But yeah I agree with you I would like to see Low 8s also with a bigger converter.
  9. 8.80s before the cam. 8.80s after the cam. BUT that was with a wait for me mail order and he had the shift points set at 5600. since having the tune worked on by someone local and upping the shift points to 6100 it fells a lot better but just haven't been back to the track do to a slipping tranny. What are you shifting at? Iv had a few guys over on pt.net to move them on up to 63-6400. and I see your 2wd but do you have any 8th mile times so I could get a reference to where I need to be?
  10. Its just the 278mm 11in converter shift points were at 5600. there at 6100 now. I have 8.1 truck injectors Im really going after N/A times. and whatever it picks up on Nitrous just makes it a little better. the times that are in my sig are with the converter I have now, 150 off the line and 27in tall tires on stock aluminum wheels. Iv never paid attention to RPMs when launching so I really do know what it flashes at on the spray. but since adding the cam, injectors and tune it ran the same times N/A. I have not sprayed it yet at the track with the new set up but I figured it should be at least some 7.5s now but I just don't feel like Im there yet since my N/A times didn't change. No those are 26s. I just rode around on them before I started modding my truck. It has the factory 20s back on it now but I usually run around a 27-28 inch wheel/tire combo at the track.
  11. I have the circle D 3-3200 right now and iv had good luck with it but since adding the 228r cam im wondering if I will benefit any going to around a 36-3800? I don't tow anything so thats not a problem. Im just trying to get the most out of this truck and I think this converter may be holding me back some. Im pretty set on going back with circle d if I do upgrade.
  12. same here. go with the "cheap ones" iv had my $50 hids for about 2 years now with zero problems. I know guys that have paid 250 for them and have had flickering problems and one always not wanting to come on
  13. Damn I need a job so I can do some more mods asap

  14. Got to love the black Ice mod. One of my favorites on my truck
  15. Im having the same problems you are with my exhaust leaking like a bitch. Im really interested in that Y-pipe but I wonder if it will work with pacesetters. I know i would have to weld the ball and socket type collector on the header
  16. how big a shot? Seems you would run better with your setup. Does DA effect you a lot in cali? Not trying to take anything from you good time no doubt.
  17. 2 wheel if you can leave hard without spinning
  18. heres mine. http://www.SilveradoSS.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=59199 PM me if you have any questions. The price is negotiable
  19. Maybe a little slow. I went a 9.6 in the 1/8th with a completely stock 04 SS. No tune, No nothing. In very similar weather conditions. But then again ever trucks different.
