  1. I guess ill look into that. I dont use the sunroof at much since Ive had it have probably opened it about 6-7 times in about 1 years time.
  2. So I get home today (its night time) and when I get home that I shut off the truck the dome lights come on, I look over to my pass. seat and theres water drops on it. Its been raining today all day long and pretty hard at that. So I walk around open the pass. side door and check the x-cab door . Everything seemed to be closed tight. I asart looking and the head board is wet where the x-cab door latches. I remove the plastic piece thatson the top there and it was about 1/4 to 1/2 way full. I looked everywhere and couldnt fined any wet spots or where the water could have come from. I shined a light into the head board and it all looked dry. Checked the sun roof and it was closed. I even pulled the weather strips off and the was no water in the groves. So where could it be coming from?
  3. Torq up in Miramar, they just opened up in Nov. The guy there Paul Meister use to work at another shop up in west palm where I did my first dyno pull at.
  4. Well I took it to a mustang dyno yesterday. He installed a wideband at the exhaust and not a sniffer, at the same time he data logged it to see what it was doing. Its not running lean like the first dyno readings said it was(he used a sniffer). Instead its running rich 10.2-10.5. Also the timing is at 13-14 degress. Anyways I guess my aeroforce wideband sensor with is suppose to be bosch top of the line lsu4.9 took a dump after only 3 1/2 months. It has 180 day warranty so ill be exchanging it. On the first two pulls it made 411 and 418hp. There is still room for improvement since I'm running rich.
  5. If you saw ok. I just didn't hear it on the vid. I am not sure how good the whipples are but with my magna I can beat a srt8.
  6. I am going to try to test the fuel president today t
  7. Yes I will resend. Also that's why I emailed you to see if you know what I should look for. I don't want to be changing out parts for nothing.
  8. The last time I email you was in Nov.10 and you responded and I wrote back again but I have still haven't heard back. Yes it was running 11.7 constant and then in Nov. it changed it started reading 12 to 12.4. I also started seeing KR. I am just trying to see what is going on.
  9. I have no cats so thats not an issue. My wideband is 2 months old and it reads 12.2-12.4 so the tailpipe wideband was pretty on. SSplaytoy, I know how Gabby is, he was well know back in the days of Saga Bay. I will give him a shout. The 8.1 marine injector are 42# also so why go with those, wont it be the same?
  10. Should i start looking for new injectors like Mr. P said?
  11. I know that there are ALOT of variables, personaly I wish I knew about tuning so I could play around with it to dial it in correct. I am seeing around .7-.5AFR diff. and suposably its bad from what I have been told on here. Like i said Im NOT calling Justin out, he did a great job for me but now that the readings are off and Im being told its bad it gets me worried. I just checked and my last responce to him was on Nov.7 and Im still waiting to hear back. Also I did do the data log tune not a mail-order tune. I understand alittle of the tuning process and from what I have read on here and other places and 12.4 is lean and 96% injector duty is not good. This is my DD, I dont want to squeeze everylast bit of HP out of it (at least not yet) but I want it to be a reliable truck with some balls to go with it.
  12. Not to throw anyone under the bus here, but why didnt Justin tell me about the injector duty. If its a problem to be running so high on the inj. duty I would have bought new ones. Last thing I want is to fry the motor.
  13. I am Supercharged. Mr.P you responded to my problem on the link that I posted. Also i was looking at the data log i did and I dont know if it matters but my injector duty is at 96% and thats when it was running 11.7-1AFR. Also your saying that the higher the number the leaner.
  14. Ok now I am confused, I started another thread on AFR and I had said that all of a sudden it had gone from 11.7 to 12.0-12.4 and everybody was saying that that was to lean. Here it is. http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=58853
  15. Isnt it the lower the number the richer and the higher the number the leaner.
  16. I did, I have been waiting about 3 weeks now.
  17. So I went to the dyno today to see what it is making. What do you guys think. Also he said I was running at 12.4-1 AFR. Thats with the sniffer in the tail pipe if it matters.
  18. I just saw the video. That SS didnt sound superchargered. I heard no whine at all there should have been some. Are you sure it was.
  19. Its not that they are are fast, i mean they are but, remember it AWD. It comes out like a bat out of hell. I raced one at the 1/8 mile track. He had exhaust and a tune, the best time he got was a 8.8. I ran him 2 times and as far as on paper I beat him. I ran a 8.6 and 8.7. At the time my tune was WAY off and running rich, he would jump 1-1 1/2 cars on me from the light but that was it. Also I have to come of the line at idle and hit the gas slowly so I wont spin. If I had DR it would be a different story.
  20. Ok so may I was wrong on my last statement. I was looking through the programing on the gauge and found a o2 s1b3, so I check it and it has a reading. I still dont get a reading from the s1b2 even after I changed my o2 sensors today. So I changed my o2 sensors just know and still no change except no KR now. Sometimes will hit 11.8-12 and hold, then sometimes 12.2 and hold. At crusing it only didnt once so far and the readings where higher than before (16-17). Does the PCM have to relearn the new o2 sensors? Also can it be my MAF by any chance?
  21. I think I found my problem. I decided to use my aeroforce gauge and monitor my o2 sensors and I have no reading from the bank 2 sensor. Bank 1 which is s1b1 on the gauge is showing a reading. When I switch to s1B2 I get no reading. So I guess I an going to have to change my sensors.
  22. Thats funny a friend of mines from work brought his girlfriend WS6 to work yesterday and after work we had it out. We took off from a rolling start at 70 and I pulled like 2-3 cars on him. It was stock and i believe around the same year. Good kill.
  23. When I bought the truck it already had the AEM brute force dryflow filter. It had the alum. pipe and the metal sheild around the filter. It is pretty much open since the isn't a gasket to seal it to the top of the hood. Now that I have the maggie the inatke tube is plastic but still the same set up at the filter. I was thinking of buying a volant box and keeping the dryflow filter.
  24. Mr.P thanks for the input it is greatly appreciated. I am running 7-7.5 on boost. I am in miami and I don't see why they would use diff. gas it never gets cold down here but I guess the oil companys down want to make 2 diff. batches of gas. I guess I will have to stay of the throttle till I get this resolved. My IAT are at around 98-104 crusing and get up to around 130-140 at WOT. I have a Areoforce gauge so I was monitoring my KR and its pulling around 2.5-4. I will empty the tank and refill with fresh gas I hope that is my problem. I will also email justin on the setting you talk about. Again thanks and I will write back with the results this weekend.
