Got it back together today and it looks awsome unfortunately there was zero sun out today so i didnt get to really see the flake sparkle except for under shop lighting which sux the paint was dead on but it looks a tad bit different than the rear and the reason is beacause the dupont premier clear coat is perfectly clear and the factory clear has a slight tint to it but im not sweating it it looks great sparkles like a MOFO and next year its getting ss kitted and sprayed arrival blue so heres some pics of it together

Was a long day yesterday we got my truck disassembled,prep'd,sealed,base coated,flaked and cleared last night The flake turned out awsome was late last night and we had sh#tty lighting and my phone wouldnt pick up the flake in the pics but here are some pics of the progress i hope to get it back together today and get some pics of it in the sun

right now im running 2 pcv's t'd together and then they go to the back of the charger this is just temporary im waiting for some more parts to come in before i post pics of what i came up with the setup that im going to run should work flawlessly and should provide double the ventilation i will post pics when im done the setup will include a 3/4'' barbed swing check valve that will go from my intake tube to my passenger valve cover for the fresh air inlet and two pcv's going into individual barbs on one catch can and from there a 5/8'' line going from the top of my catch can to the back of my charger let me know if this helps visualize it

I just recieved my Z06 brake brackets from rudy today they are very nice so far looks like a good product i will post some pics of my install these will be going on mcgaughys spindles so modifying might have to be done!

i installed mine with just the gasket torqued to spec and after a few days it started leaking so i took it apart again and used just permatex gray and havent had a problem since you will also notice that i had to make a new panhard bar to clear the girdle

Well i got the valve covers on they fit and i did end up having to get another set of wires it was close but the extra 1 1/2'' of rise made it too difficult i like the covers had zero problems installing them I guess my next venture is gonna be taking the entire engine harness out and starting over i cant stand the spider web of shit under my hood

the best place that i have found to get these kits is Auto Interiors the number is 302-235-2942 ext#833 is a guy named don he will give the best price possible the first thing you should do is pay 9.95 for the brochure that has all the leather samples and thread samples and also has a book of stuff that you can get embroidered to make sure they match your interior and then order when you do they will refund the 9.95

i paid 1300 for my kit the reason why mine was so expensive is because i upgraded to tuscany leather which was a 250$ upgrade and i also ordered half a hide of aussie tan which was another 300$ so really i could have got the basic leather which is still nice with the aussie tan inserts and all the embroidery and stitching for a little over 700$ which in my opinion is a really good price for the front and back seats

Well i ordered front and rear katzkin leather today i upgraded to the tuscany pewter leather and also got aussie tan (which looks like ostrich skin) inserts along with silver stitching and ss embroidered on all headrest in silver also and bought half a hide of the aussie tan so i can do my door panels and my new spk box im working on And this weekend im repainting the front of my truck gonna mask off the body line that lines up with my grille and add champagne flake to my grille and hood should blend nice but really stick out also let me know what you guys think

im looking for some z06 banjo bolts and the num nuts at the dealership here doesnt like looking stuff up so doe any one have the part number??

chase is right ls6 coil packs they move down a few inches already checked them they will fit

im aware that it would be a wast of time installing stock ratio arms that would be 1.7 on a 5.3 im looking at putting 1.8's ive read on a n/a motor it has put as much as 18hp to the wheels and i would think that you would get more with fi im not really worried about the roller portion im more interested in the extra lift so has any one doen this with a stock cam and supercharger if so what were the gains

i could see it being a wast n/a but should be pretty good gains with FI??
