Nice build man, debating on my setup now. I have 3 US Amps, the MD3D, the MD43 and the MD42 that I was going to put in my F350 til I sold it and got my Sss. I was looking at JL Audio Stealth boxes but 750 for a box with one soso sub in it? where I can get a setup like yours with two 12's and put my own preferences in it. Got any pics of those Polk kick panel install? Can you buy those kick panels empty and put your own in there?
The box is a subthump maxx box thats made of 3/4 mdf that im modifying to fit my needs the kick panels are installed there made by q logic ill get some pics up when i get a second and yeah i personally think jl is over rated so far i love my 2 12's they sound great and hit hard as fuk which i feel im qualified to say since ive got 2 mtx 9512's with 3000 rms watts in my tahoe that pounds like a mofo and an s10 with 2 9515's with 3000rms watts that is stupid loud

Still cant find the plug anywhere.
very back behind stereo on the other side of plastic you can physically see it on the other side it looks exactly like the one your using now its where the factory bose amp feeds back up to feed speakers

With this bypass done does the door chime still work correctly??Would you use a connecting harness for standard non bose radio installation?? I might have to look into this cause I have an aftermarket h/u and I would like to install subs but the bose adapter kit eats up both of the line out rca's.
yes door chime will still work as long as the wiring kit you get has the chime i did the bypass on mine and it works perfect only thing you lose is the factory sub

Yea it is, I think it puts out around 1400 to 1500 true watts even tho its rated @ 1000.
Get the dual 1 ohm then and wire each sub in series to get 2 ohms and then back down to 1 ohm by wiring the 2 subs in parallel

I'm guessing you would need a 2003 and up metal bumper to mount the SS bumper.
truck needs new frame horns the bumper will not bolt on to his frame i did the swap on my tahoe.

Wife just called, she said her SS does a hard right while under hard braking. This just started, anyone experience this or have any ideas what I need to check when she gets home ? It's an 04 SS with around 40k miles. Thoughts?
Thanks Al
The front brakes float on the mounting bolts and when they are not lubed properly the caliper cannot center its self properly on the rotor so my guess would be that you need to take em apart and lube the pins that should fix the problem

20k tops i havent had it on my truck very long

Decided to sell my radix kit the kit includes the charger mp112,intercooler,intercooler pump and resevoir,39lb(42's at 4bar) injectors with pig tail adapters, all nuts bolts and brackets, intake tube, diablo sport predator. Every thing you should need to bolt it on only thing you may have to buy is a walbro 255 fuel pump (120$) and im including the diablo so you can tune it or have it tuned to your liking Im asking 3000$ shipped
Also have 2 pulleys stock 3.4'' and 3'' wich made 12psi on my 5.3.

well, stock i had a borgwarner AWD t-case like the older escalades. but it has an open diff stock and relied on the brakes to transfer power front to rear or vise versa. it sucked for any kind of 60ft. the front wheel would just spin then the brakes would lock in and it was just horrible. i kinda figured that about the front end. i think mine was just from wear and tear like alot of the AWD guys.
weather i got to the 14bolt or stay 10bolt i have to buy a new locker or tru-trac. and we can't fit the girdle on our rear due to the panhard bar.
incorrect!! we can fit the rear end girdle i made a new panhard bar

yes more towards the right side and a little low it isnt incredibly easy to get but that is the one you will know because its the same exact plug as the bose connector so if your wiring kit plugs in then thats it
