  1. Looks good man. Super clean,
  2. Welcome to the site. This site has a lot of information here and some really great members.
  3. That truck looks mean with those wheels.
  4. I try to look at both sides with any issue. I know I read far more than I post. I use the search button and google advanced search a lot ....a lot. I think just about every question I've ever had has already been asked so there isn't a huge need for me to post. I will also say that I've seen a few threads get way off topic and a lot of flamming for simple questions. But I will also say that I have read for countless hours invaluable information that other members have posted or links to sources of info. I also agree some form of filter to prevent vested members from being ripped off by new members is a good idea. I can't say I have a good answer but if you are concerned with the forum being dead, putting restrictions on one of the busiest sections may hurt the forum a bit.
  5. If you go to the website that is in the beginning of the video they show a billet dirt bike helmet.
  6. Came across this video and thought it was pretty cool. It shows a 5 axis cnc mill making a guitar from billet aluminum. My link
  7. Things could have changed last I looked into doing this swap, but from what I recall the swap has been done by Speartech. Its not that difficult. The biggest obstacle was trying to use the factory gauges I believe. I don't remember what or why but if you check out Speartechs website they had all the info for the swap.
  8. Nice work. Its nice to see someone carrying on quality craftsmanship from one generation to the next.
  9. Your setup looks really clean man. Welds are really nice too. One suggestion though on where you make your alignment marks with the sharpie. Tack your pieces together and then clean the sharpie lines off. AC TIG doesn't like the sharpie that is why you get the few darker spots. I can also tell you from experience that AC TIG really doesn't like Dykem. It gets all kinds of ugly with that stuff
  10. Both pics are cool. Gotta give all you guys that live in the snow props. I don't know how you do it.
  11. Robbie is correct If you buy the Baer kit, it comes with a bracket that relocates the stock caliper.
  12. I remember reading an article that one of that car mags did on a SS with the Radix. I believe it was Chevy High Performance. They did a bunch of mods, headers, tune, pulley, headers, etc. One of the mods was adjusting the pump voltage to speed it up and slow it down. They actually found that slowing the pump actually cooled better. It allowed the fluid to stay in the heat exchanger to longer which in turn cooled the incoming charge to a lower temperature. Not sure if this would still apply since you have a bigger heat exchange.
  13. If you want to part with the chiller and tank let me know. I've got a buddy that's been thinking about getting one of those.
  14. Glad to hear everything went together smooth Mike. Yeah, you are right. It does go together so easy you almost think you are doing something wrong.
  15. PM sent Don't need to make them. Have more than a few sitting in my garage so if anyone knows anybody that needs the brackets I'll kick you down a few bucks for referring them to me.
  16. If you are willing to separate, how much for just the rotors?
  17. I may have something for you. So I've been told by Ray, aka supersub, on here that the adapter brackets will work with the nnbs trucks. Email me [email protected]
  18. Front rotor- 1.1850 Rear rotor- .8030
