  1. Dont ever plan on having kids, but if I did I would hope they would end up similar like yours bud!
  2. Hope it works out for ya, BMW and MB have had some pretty bad records lately, Cadillac is stealing all their clients out here in the Northeast. The BMWs are just junk, their always needing repairs and service, their quality has gone south quick. I know the owner of a dealership, and I will just say they are not driving new model BMWs, their sticking with the older models. While the Benz's are rust buckets waiting to happen. My friend didnt drive his in rain or snow and the moldings came off within 2 years so he just traded it for an Acura. I hope none of this happens to your fiance and good luck with the car. edit - any idea if the Benz was put together in Germany? Seems with the BMWs that the German built ones are ok, but the ones not shipped to NJ havent been doing so well.

    H2 E-Fans

Not sure if they fit. I would personally go with HPM e-fans, they are members/retailers here and their product is 2nd to none.
  4. 1. They never made them in rcsb 2. DEI SS' came in black only 3. They badged 933 DEI SS' 4. Give him a call and ask what number his out of 933 it is, he is full of horse dung 5. All 2006 and 2007 Classics were rwd. Id love to call this guy and ask him some questions
  5. Their was one made, it was a concept. Word has it, was put it the crusher at a scrap yard.
  6. Im with Fireman, no tuner can change your milage or not allowed to do so. I know my dealership had to swap my milage out twice as I had the cluster replaced twice. However the owner wanted to purcahse my truck so I dont know if they were being nice or can actually do it. PM me and I can give you info to the purchasing dealership, and the one that took over. The purchasing dealership just moved down the road but they are a GMC/Caddy/ Hummer dealer. Had my cluster fixed at the newer dealer. edit - If a tuner could change the milage I would be kinda weary as to actual milage on some trucks. For instance replacing the steering wheel is an issue here in MA as it will show up as the airbags have been deployed somehow, it was explained to me at the dealership.
  7. Your truck will look sick with a bullbar with lights. People seem to lack respect nowadays on this site about doing what you like to your own truck. Had it done on a lifted 2 door Z-71 Tahoe and could literally knock trees over and trailblaze through the woods like it was nothing, thing was bitchen. Do it up and you wont regret it.
  8. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Love your truck man. Are those 22s or 20s your on?
  9. Damn, sorry to hear about this. I got my odometer fixed when it was stuck over 120mph+. After the fix the gas guage went as I filled up the tank at Sunoco and the gas was stuck on E with the light on, brought it back immediately and they had a new one on order. Im guessing you bought the truck privately? I would personally have the dealer do it, a truck with low miles as yours wouldnt want any questions being brought up. Have you kept track of your milage since it crapped the bed? If a tuner can do it try it out. Good luck bud.
  10. They will leave it unlocked so you can use your programmer to change tire size. Do not take it to the dealership, they will just flash your PCM and your custom tune is gonzo.
  11. Nothing a good detail and undercarriage spray cant fix...its not like these trucks are limited production like the Srt-10 Rams...
  12. Similar situation out here in MA when a furniture store did some crazy offer (like get your money back or something else) if the red sox won the world series. Well it wasn't that furniture stores best year because it was 2004 and yes the sox broke the curse. Funny thing is the following season they did the same advertisement, and also had a huge advertisement on the Big Monstah at Fenway. To this day they do little bargains here and their but they learned quickly not to mess around with luck.
  13. The shopman1 grille ducts and bowtie look very nice together. He has a website also. http://shopman1.com/default.aspx
  14. Edelbrocks no question in my opinion. Belltech is a pioneer in lowering trucks business. Their equipment is known for lowering vehicles. Im not saying their product wont work on stock height, but Edelbrock has their product designed to fit stock height, I even spoke to them on the phone about the IAS shock. Bilstein or Edelbrock imo.
  15. I wouldnt expect any gains in mpg's, these trucks are thirsty. Once you add those mods your going to want to go faster. You will a gain a tiny amount, but its barely recognizable and the gas pump will still cost you a pretty penny. edit - As far as e-fans go with HPM on here, their hands down better than any other e-fan out their.
  16. their junk, stick with the stock AC Delco's (PN# 41-110) or NGK's
  17. I highly doubt they will ever make the Colorado SS besides the concept one. It would be embarressing to have a smaller sized truck outrun the Silverado SS.
  18. Damn with those prices Im thinking of selling mine and catching a nice amount of coin to buy a lower milage/modded out Sss...
  19. Their was a thread about coolant servicing, mentioning not to use a machine that uses solvents. I believe it said you were supposed to flush the system both forwards and backwards and use the same fluid you intend on running in the truck for the flush (so your flushing your coolant system with the same prodcut you will run). Ive been trying to find the thread for 2 hours but still no luck.
  20. Damn, some of you guys are seriously my idols. Cant wait to start work again and get my feet wet into some serious modding similar to this. Good luck with this build

    Redone Exhaust!

How did you like the FlowPro? Wish they made them in stainless as its a corsa ripoff basically. I usually wont settle for imitations or 2nd to none products, but the FlowPro does sound decent and have a surgery coming up so might be a nice little subsitute till I can work again and get a full exhaust setup going. How about the power? Feel any difference in power when you added the FloPro? Does the Magnaflow seem like you gained more and the FloPro restricted your truck? Thank you in advanced sir.
  22. Thats interesting P on the area and people around your living quarters. My father also worked with the higher up computer heads in the DFW area, was their back in the mid 90s when Dallas was turning into a big city. Im on a stock tune and ya, 1st gear and 3rd gear are monsters. Im almost afraid Im going to blow my tranny out when I have maxxed out the pedal you can feel the whole entire engine compartment just shake like it wants jump out like a rocket ship. I can only imagine when I start modding. Good luck with the Ferrari, I bet he will be suprised to say the least no matter the outcome.
  23. Glad to see someone agrees with me. Someone I know worked at a Porsche dealer and always said it would kick my trucks arse through corners, take offs etc. But just give the SS some mods and say buh bye foreigner. At least I had his brother in my truck and showed him the take off power stock in our trucks from a tight corner and he was very baffled to say the least, as they are use to Z-71s 5300 Vortec's and not an AWD vortec 6000. Good job P! edit - I guess my only other question is how our trucks are against the Cayenne S.
  24. I have to say Chase's is my favorite grille setup, with the stainless/chrome. I would just do the upper and lower grille and leave the air ducts without any grille, and take the stock grilles out. With the Shopman1 stainless overserts it looks bamf in my opinion edit - I guess its the plush look that makes me like that certain grille so much.
