I got the wrong size about a month ago and I never heard back from them
I just gave my hoodie away

All that's left right now is the exhaust the wheels and the overhead pod. Truck is for sale 100% stocked out with the exception of a tbss intake on the stock lq9 I put in it.
Do you still have the headers??
-
I just went to LA last month to buy a new one lmao wish I would have seen this
-
I'm still debating itIt can be done for less than $1500. Mando hit me up I have a hook up with this dude in Henderson. He's cool lots of good reviews from him and all proffesional installation. I personally wouldn't wanna do that on my Ss but it's really temping lol
If I had a clone I would have done it already but something about cutting into an original SS don't feel right sometimes
-
Ill drive u around town for 100 bucks lol.
Ill do it for $95 lol
-
If you do please post pics I was thinking of putting them on my SS and it looks cool in my head but I want to see what they will really look like
-
Well first I had the red daytime driving lights and I kept getting pulled over then I got the amber ones and I didn't really like them and now I have the white onesMine at night. I used an amber bulb and new socket and wired one pin of the new socket to the parking lights

Use Teflon tape it's a easy fix that's what I did on my el camino and stopped leaking
Not where it screws on
It's from the quick conect part

Hey guys I just replaced my radiator and the little metal hose where the oil goes hooked up on the side won't stop leaking oil

Im not sure if the part of nevada your in gets snow or not,or if you drive anywhere that does. But if so, Pace setter etc will not last to long if you do. Hence why they are $400. In my opinion get a good qaulity brand name header thats built with good metal, like ARH, Kooks, etc. Yes they are more but the quality is there and they wont rust out....
I also agree, get longtubes, the shorties arent worth the gains. Do what others have said, tune the rear 02's out and get highflow cats and you will pass. You will still have cats and your computer will show no fault codes from the rear o2 sensor simulators. Otherwise put the money elsewhere.
I'm going to check with some tuners here in Las Vegas to see if they can do it
I think zippy is here again
-
i'd talk to some other Nevada members see what they have done to pass the testing maybe there is away around it with long tube who know can only ask and see, in my opinion if LTs arnt possible for ya id look into another mod to put the $$$ toward (idk your mods off hand just suggesting) like a torque converter, nos kit, maybe pulley down, servos, or if your looking to just get alil more sound out of it maybe a catback system or a new muffler, but id contact some members first and see if they gota way to run the LTs somewhat legal
good luck
Thnx I am going to look into this
Don't know many Nevada members lol
-
I'm going to look into this cuz I would prefer some long tubesput long tubes get high flow cats and have the rear o2's tuned out. now days the just plug in under the dash. i think you should be fine their are plenty of people in cali that have long tubes.
Any specific brand you think is good?
-
Yeah man if you don't buy the long tubes Don't put the money in the headers. At least buy some longtubes I have pacesetters ceramic coated they are 400 brand new I believe
I thought the car won't pass smog with long tubes
I would prefer to put long tubes
