the rear bushing issue.. not uncommon. happened to me.. I had to pay a shop with a powerful press to press that bolt out.. took me two weeks to get just the rear part of the drop done.

its DEFINATELY the crossover tube dude. you do need to remove the alternator to get it off and back on.. or at least its 100000% easier that way. its a cheap fix.. the little gasket\o ring that's under there is leaking.. I went through the same thing..

where did you find that cover? do they still make it?

I used a c camp to compress the torsion key, removed the bolt.. released pressure on the clamp then unbolted the arm, and removed it. the hard part is putting it back together, positioning the arm, and torsion bar\key so its in there correctly.

Where to buy a canned tune to flash with HP tuners?
Mr.Scary replied to Limited360's topic in PCM Tuning
the HPTuners forum has canned tunes in them.. there are some stock tunes in there.. -
I have one. where are you located?
-
good luck in getting the SS emblems on them.. you have to find a shop (if they follow.. the rules that is) that has a license from GM to do them. Katzkin wont even do them anymore as they no longer have a license with GM for it.
-
i know that.. i was just wondering HOW it goes on, excluding the fine finishing..

do you mean the lower ball joint or the upper ball joint? if the lower, use a jack to push the spindle up all the way, then try again.

check out brakemotive as well.. 209 for all four rotors, zinc coated, slotted and drilled.. and that's a shipped price.
