Wow. Those prices are crazy but I can't say that I've ever seen better quality built vehicles. Everything is immaculate. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Best excuse for not having "SS" badges..........
white03ecsb replied to cmoney23's topic in Video & Photography
It's pretty ignorant to list is as a sss when it's not. I'm sure it is a vho but don't list it as a sss if it's a vho. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk -
Are you going lower than 4"? If not you don't really need to notch. But if you are planning on a flip kit, I would go with Mcgaughys flip, bolt in notch and helper kit. The helper bag kits bolt on to the notch and mounts just to the rear of the axle. Very good quality parts. I've had the flip and notch for 2.5 years and had 0 problems and for the majority of the time I have been 9" or lower out back. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk

Much better now!

Ball joint removal tool works great..nobody around here rents torsion bar tools either so I always rent the bj removal tool. The problem with a c clamp is when you really start cranking on them they bend.

Posting my ltz's for sale, I've had them since September of last year. Have a few bills I need to take care of and get caught up on and I am going another route when I get new wheels. They are in pretty good shape, 2 of them have a very small curb rash spot. They arent noticeable and are smooth to the touch. The center caps have white vinyl bowties on them that I had made. Can easily be removed. They are still on the truck and will be removed as soon as I get the time. I am keeping the tires! Price is $650 OBO, price is negotiable. Will ship at buyers expense. Located in Texarkana, Tx Will get more pictures of the current shape when I get a chance

Steering wheel wobbles/shakes over bumps
white03ecsb replied to tokusuke's topic in Suspension & Brakes
I recommend running a set of steering heims I stead of regular tre's, they swivel at the end to allow for more of an angle without binding and they are stronger that traditional tre's plus they dont have to be greased..they are mainly used on off road/rock crawlers and race trucks This is what ill be running when I replace mine -
Steering wheel wobbles/shakes over bumps
white03ecsb replied to tokusuke's topic in Suspension & Brakes
I have been having this issue for a little while now, started when I added my djm control arms..I was told it was because the control arms arent designed to be used with aftermarket spindles but I have talked to a few other lowered 4wd guys that have djm control arms and the same mcg spindles with no problems Granted im a lot lower than you guys at 5.5/9.5 lol im getting ready to replace all 4 ball joints and im gonna go ahead and replace the tre's too, so hopefully thatll fix my issue because its annoying as hell! -
Heard about this today..sucks they changed everything up, I loved Trucks and Horsepower TV back in the day

Roll Tide......oh wait Boomer Sooner bitches!! -
Looks good man, one thing ill say and im sure you already know this but make sure the bedcover is aligned perfectly because when I had mine it was off just a little bit and rubbed the paint off on my gate and a little on the bedsides

they are oem transport steelies that they use when transporting the newer escalades
-
275/40 is what I ran at 6/9.5 But they would be a good size for 4/6 and you wouldnt rub Btw oem 20s are +31mm offset
-
Yea the camber is just because it is bagged, although with a better front setup it could have 0 camber when laid out..still a sweet truck
-
Love the idea, love the wheels, love the truck but the only thing I dont like is the exhaust, at a minimum the flange piece needs to be black Nice work though looking good
-
Wouldnt be so bad if you removed the steps and it had some chrome 20x12s and 33s instead of being stuffed
-
Cant go wrong with glock, they are tried and proven..I have a g23 .40 that ive had for almost a year now with 0 issues and 0 jams with probably about 500 rounds through it so far Look up glock torture test on youtube for a good look at how much abuse they can take and how well they handle it My g23 So far ive polished the barrel, done silver letters on the slide, and added crimson trace laser grip Still want to polish the pins, add a polished extended mag release/slide release, and stainless steel guide rod

I never said bonspeeds or intros werent nicer wheels..simply disagreeing with your very opinionated statement that "raceline are junk" no need to bash or turn people away from them based on your opinion, when they are in fact not "junk"
-
Meh I know several people with racelines, they are very nice wheels and the owners have had 0 problems with them..one guy has them on a bagged truck that he drives damn near everyday

2015 Buick Grand National and GNX???
white03ecsb replied to shawnss's topic in The Automotive Industry
Ctsv and the gnx is no comparison..both are badass cars but you cant compare a 556hp supercharged ls v8 to a 400ish hp twin turbo v6 imo Car looks great though and I would definitely own one
