  1. I'd do the cam now and save the 80e swap for when your almost ready to add boost to the truck
  2. 125,000 is nothing I'm at 195,000 still runs like a champ do your oil changes on time my opinion the 2007-2013 trucks didn't really look all that great and when the 2014 trucks came out looked so nice I couldn't see why anyone wouldn't skip over that whole generation of gm trucks. Your wife is probably right financially maybe a cam installed would help spark some interest until you get into your house and then start working on the supercharger install.
  3. A local exhaust shop Lou's Custom Exhaust use's them I believe Signature Series is the name they use for them
  4. I used the energy control arm bushings and they didn't last long and the metal sleeve rusted to the bolt and kept loosening the bolts changed back to stock bushings could've been the New England winter road salt that caused it just my experience.
  5. You are correct 317 is different then L92 they use different intakes

    Yeah Baby!

Crazy to think that was considered expensive back then and now looking at the price to buy a new truck now there another $20 grand and there still isn't even a New SS Silverado on the Lot for pretty much a decade. I Still think getting rid of Pontiac & Oldsmobile was a bad idea even if they cut there models down making them more exclusive as to only making a 442 Hurst & Trans Am & Gto people would never stop buying them much like the Mustang Following there's guys that bought them when they first come out im not that old but those guys still buy them just like the Mopar guys and the Corvette guys I'm sure it was a corporate decision maybe even a financially Smart one just sucks seeing some legendary models go down with there Brand.
  7. Very true some of those Damn Rusty Bolts are the Devil himself if I never had to deal with another one it would be Heaven
  8. worth a watch https://youtu.be/aIuWQ5EXJUE https://youtu.be/hHJmz3s8Au8 https://youtu.be/QTLVIt3kzuQ Wish I seen this before me and my brother dropped his tank in the driveway during plowing season that sucked more then I care to remember

    Yeah Baby!

I got a hero card not sure if there was more then one got it a couple days ago it was in mint condition came with 2002 dealership paperwork information kind of giving salesmen something to inform there Customer's what's coming soon also guidelines on how many SS Silverado's would be allowed to be delivered according to how many vehicles the dealership sells pretty sweet seeing how it all went down back then they really made it sound exclusive and hard to get.
  10. especially that Yankees sticker that's a guaranteed no sale in my area
  11. You should also add the mileage guys here usually do that
  12. that setup looks respectfully better then the dopeboy 26" Rims probably drove a hell of a lot straighter down the track with that setup as well.
  13. I've tryed the fiberglass one and it fit like shit sent it back to the guy that made it and got it back and it still fit like shit and when I expressed my honest opinion a lot of guys bashed me like I was doing something wrong so I got rid of it and got the oem one it was made out of polyurethane and fit perfectly without any issues so it obviously wasn't anything I was doing Wrong. I'm not sure how these fit at all but if I was gonna buy another one not being oem I would try these first I haven't seen anyone try these yet but for under 200 your at half of what I payed for an unpainted oem one that nowadays are next to impossible to find I was hoping it would be closer to the oem spec compared to the fiberglass ones that I already know are not even halfway to oem spec. Any Guinea Pigs looking to see what this guy has to offer LoL
  14. Seen these on EBay there made from the same material as the OEM ones pair these with Carl's Brackets and you would be in business. https://www.ebay.com/itm/331792217090
  15. Quality Second To None I'm not surprised it didn't last long
  16. I have to say it's pretty clean for the mileage if I had to guess i would say garage parked
  17. I agree with you I've looked on there many times and was kinda confused with all the different things you could put together to make a kit with many other things needing to be done I just keep putting it off but eventually I would like to do something with these in the future can't wait to see these done.
  18. I'd like to see someone make the painted pieces on our side mirrors in carbon fiber I'd be down for a set as long as the price wasn't astronomical.
  19. Hilarious Happy Thanksgiving to you ALL
