The only reason I can see them doing this is to boost there EPA average for the full line of cars.. The new requirement for 2010 will be 35mpg, and currrently I think it is at 30mpg or something like that

I am not sure, but I think you are talking about a compression test ?? If so then A good rule of thumb is to have less than 10% variance between cylinders. So if an engine has an average compression reading of 150-psi there should be less than 15psi between the highest and lowest cylinders.

I think the finishing touches on the body could have been better, but I like the concept here.. If this set-up works well. I would consider doing something like this just to mix it up..

Fill your tires with helium to what the normal pressure is.. dry air is 1.20 gm/l and helium is 0.18 gm/l. So essentially you would have a net lifting force between 1.02 & 1.03 per liter of helium at STP. specifically I need anything to do with the driverside front 02 sensor all the way to the PCM. I have a short or a cut in 1 wire of the 4 wires and it is screwing up everything...
