  1. If you have called me with payment or paid by paypal on or before 3/16/2009 you are in.
  2. Sorry Guys! I have about as many orders as I can handle right now. I can take one more and that's it. I know I said you would have until the middle of the week to get your payment in but I wasn't anticipating so many orders. So it's first come first served. I will finish them up this weekend and I have to get the boxes made. I hope to ship them by the middle of next week. Bob
  3. I have 3 paid orders now, you have until Tues to get your order in, at that point I will have to cut it off for this batch.
  4. Not with your factory hitch, you have to get a hidden hitch. You access it from behind the tag with a flip up tag plate.
  5. Ok Guys, SSinthaNorthWest will be number 3, once I have his payment you will have about 3 days to get in on this batch. The way I figure it you probably have a week or less.
  6. I have 2 payed orders so far; 1. DaJokerSS 2. CTredSS
  7. Once I get 3 prepaid orders I will start building them; You will have about a week after I start to get your order in after that I will be to far along to do any more. That doesn't mean you can't get one later but I have gone as long as 6 months without making them because I get to busy starting about April to mess with them and I rarely slow down until Oct. Right now I have one paid for and 3 others that say they will pay by the end of the week. Sorry I can't be more specific on the time line. Bob
  8. Hi Guys, Yes they are $375 this includes shipping in the lower 48 states. I accept Paypal ([email protected]) or MC/Visa. If you want to use a card call me at 316-858-1197. If you pay with paypal please include a good daytime phone number for Fedex; I also need to know if it is a home or business address. Once I get the payments expect about 2 weeks or so to get them to you. You will need to have a decent body shop install the pan. It is a hand made product and will get you about 95% there. It was designed off of my truck and every SSS is slightly different since the body cladding was installed by hand at the factory and can vary as much as a 1/4 inch per side. Some pans will need to be trimmed on the ends, others some added to. If your truck is like mine it might bolt right up. The most common mod to the pan is having to notch the lower drivers side edge of the pan to clear the edge of the body this takes me about 5 min. Worse case a good body guy should be able to fit the pan in 2 hrs or less. Then he will need to prep and paint like any other body panel. If you have any other questions just do a quick search since all the questions have been asked and answered over the last few years. I've made about 200 of these and only had to replace 1 and it was warped in shipping because Fedex loaded some heavy items on it and warped it. Thanks, Bob
  9. line-x by far the better liner I have had them both.
  10. Yup. Steve (MrP) is right I still make em by hand. No one makes one in steel unfortunatley. I have one in steel but you can't have it; it took me weeks to make. The fiberglass pans are made from a mold taken off my steel pan. These pans will most likely need some fitting done. Every SS has the cladding installed by hand at the factory and we have measured up to 3/4 inch difference from truck to truck. Some trucks will need some filler added to the ends, some will need material sanded off a few lucky ones will have a truck the same as mine and it will bolt right in with no mods. Most guys have been able to get it done fairly easy; but a couple had to struggle to get it to fit properly. I don't claim these are a paint and install item; but it will get you 95% of the way there. This is a hand made custom piece and you should plan accordingly. They are $375 now including shipping. I am planning a new batch as soon as I get enough orders. Unfortunatley for me with this economy I have more time than usual to get them made. I sure hope that changes but I don't have a lot of confidence in the bailout plan.
  11. I should have this batch of roll pans out by the end of the week. Unless the weather says different.
  12. No it wasn't sorry. Not one of my better days. I try to make sure everyone knows exactly what the are getting and most do; but it is difficult for some to understand what hand made means. I quit making them once because i didn't want to put up with it. I've made quite a few since then with no complaints. I have to realize I can't make everyone happy.
  13. Your right guys they will take some body work to get them to fit perfectly. The original was taken from my truck and it fits mine perfect. The thing is that our body cladding was installed by hand not by a machine and is different on every truck. I have tried the pan on my truck on 2 other SS's and it fit neither. I have tried to make the best compromise on these roll pans. It will need to be trimmed on some trucks and added to on others. I make it clear when I sell them that they should be fitted first by a quality body shop before painting and final install. It's a hand built part for a special low production truck not a production line part that is made by the thousands. I make very little off these even at the price I charge, hell shipping alone is $40 or more, the boxes I have to have made are $25 ea. Materials, molds etc. not to mention my time. Seriously guys this is just a hobby for me, I make much more in an hour than make off one of these roll pans and they take me several days to make. Sorry for the rant, but there ya go.
  14. You got me. There is a GP gooin on right now in the forsale/wanted section.
  15. I have 2 payed orders I need 1 more to get started. It would be nice if I could get the materials ordered and start them this weekend but I have to have that 3rd order as a minimum. Thanks Bob
  16. For those wanting a roll pan the cost will be $375 including shipping for the lower 48 states. I accept Paypal ([email protected]) or you can call me at 316-858-1197 to use MC/VISA. If you use Paypal please include Nmae, shipping address, I will need to know if it is a home adress or a business, a good daytime phone number. This info is required for Fedex shipping. Expect 2 to 3 weeks to get your roll pan once I start on them. I won't start until I have at least 3 payed orders. Bob
  17. These roll pans will need some body work. They were built off of my truck and every SS has cladding put on by hand at the factory so they vary as much as 1/2 inch. On some trucks you will have to trim the ends of the roll pan on some you may have to add some body filler. You should center the pan so that the ends have the same reveal and can be easily filled. Also on about half the trucks you will need to notch the driver side bottom of the pan to clear the moldings. This should take no more than 10 min. These are hand made roll pans and are not machine made so there are some variations. They will fit most trucks with very well but each one is slightly different. I have made about 350 so far and have only had 1 that needed to be replaced. I think most guys sre happy with the roll pan. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have just call. I won't be making more once this mold wears out. I don't sell enough any more to make it worthwhile to make another mold. A mold last for about 80 to 100 peices so I figure I will be able to make about 20 more and that will be it. Bob
  18. I am starting a batch of them now. These are spoken for if you want in on this GP, e-mail me @ [email protected] or call me at 316-858-1197. $375 is the cost including shipping. This will probably be the last batch for this year, just not enough orders to do more. Bob
  19. Just do a roll pan search there are dozens of pics on various threads. Bob
  20. We have 2; one can't do it at this time. One hasn't responded to pm yet. I'm gonna get started on them since outtowin is in a time crunch. Hopefully the last guy will pay soon.
  21. Hi Guys, I can make the roll pans as soon as I get payment. I take paypal ([email protected]) or MC/Visa. Call me at 316-858-1197 if you want to use a credit card. The cost is $375 (includes shipping). I need the following information when u pay: 1. name and site ID 2. shipping address and I need to know if it's a business or residence. 3. I will need a good daytime phone number for FedEx. Please call me if you have any questions or concerns. If I get payment by this evening I will start on them this weekend. Bob
  22. Glad you like them guys There are two more remaining to ship...i had materials issues; they have been resolved and the last 2 of this GP will ship by the end of the week. I am able to take orders again. If anyone else wants one you'll need to start a new GP thread for April.
  23. 7 roll pans will be shipping tommorow. The 8th one had a problem coming out of the mold and I'm making a new one, it should ship by the end of the week. Bob
