Zack has paid...that's 4 confirmed orders. I will start on them this weekend. I have several other guys who said they want one but haven't paid. If you want in on this batch I will need a confirmed (paid) order by Wen the 22nd. It will most likely after the first of the year before I do another batch. A hidden hitch is easy to install and works well with the roll pan, ...might take you 20 min. Installation costs vary widely I've heard anywhere from $100 up. I would expect it to be more than that though. Fitting takes less than an hour for a decent body shop but it has to be painted too. If I remeber right you save about 80lbs on the weight.

Ok I'm getting enough of you asking so I'm starting a new batch of roll pans. The roll pans will be $345 including shipping to the lower 48 if you live elsewhere shipping will be more. The pans are heavy high quality fiberglass. Any decent body shop can fit one in an hour or so. Some trimmming etc. may need to be done since each trucks body cladding is slightly different. The most common thing is that the bottom drivers side needs to be trimmed. You will not be able to use your stock hitch. If you want to tow you will need a hidden hitch and and fold away tag holder; both are available from several vendors I got mine from Stylin Concepts. These pans can be molded in but I don't reccomended it. Several members here have done it and are happy with the result. At least one guy has run his exhaust out the pan; it is more than sturdy enough to be cut for exhaust outlets but be careful. It takes about 2 weeks to get the pans to you once I get the orders. You are right, any compitent body shop will have no problem with the install. If they do just have them call me at 316-858-1197 and I'll answer anyquestions they may have. The only question I usually get is the fit. The pan may need to be trimed a bit for a perfect fit...a little extra material was included on the edges of the pan since our trucks vary slightly depending on how the cladding was installed. The most common place that needs to be trimmed is the bottom part of the pan on the driver side. The entire fitting/trimming process should take less than an hour. All the trimming can be done with a block and sand paper. Make sure the body shop does a proper skim coat prior to prime and paint. Most good body shops do this as standard procedure.

No way I have a 2/4 drop and 22's and they rub a little. The 24's are gonna rub even with your current drop....and a 4/6 is gonna put you into tire shredding territory.

OK OK I'm on it. I need 3 to 5 orders...everyone else including Dennis has been taken care of. I made one more than what I had orders for so this is an all new batch. For all you guys waiting patiently for your roll pan, they are ready and will ship out today. The order was lager than normal so it took me a few extra days to get them completed. I picked up the boxes this morning; all I've got to do is box up the pans and stick shipping labels on them. They should start arriving in a couple of days...for you guys in Alaska it may take a few more Don't worry if your name doesn't show on the list, I have ten confirmed orders. Only one guy didn't makeit into this batch (sry Dennis). Everyone else who orderd your pan is shipping today even if your name isn't listed. Dennis has been added to the next batch which I have 2 orders for so far. I'll start a new batch when I get a couple of more orders. I'm only going make 5 or so at a time from now on; it makes everyone wait to long if I try to make larger batches.
