LMFAO.. yeah... great one... gee how will I ever respond to that?? <----(Sarcasm)

Ok.. I get it now... you're one of those guys who thinks shoe-horning the biggest rims you can under your truck makes it "custom" and then to top it off you tried RACING on 26" rims didn't you??

And your truck looks 100 times better than mine?? Before we even try and go down that road lets make sure you can handle the basic math, b/c obviously basic grammar and spelling (you know... the stuff intelligent adults use) was lost on you right around the same time you dropped out of elementary school.

If all that was too hard for you to understand let me put it in text you can understand:

yer a fukn retard dats wuts rong

  2. In CA the law has recently changed last I heard if you are caught street racing your vehicle will be impounded and crushed.

Correct... it applies to all street racing but they're just enforcing large organized events... if you get caught just running light to light with a random guy then you get reckless driving... its the big spectator packed street racing things they're most worried about

  3. Should I trade in my silverado ss for a 2003 bmw 745Li ?

Both are nice but I dont know wut to do at this point!!

Im only 21 so Im in the hunt for women?? keep that in mind with any

LMAO... and the hits just keep on comin...

    Heres some more advice...

On the vehicle: Pawn your truck for a lawyer to help you fight the 3 reckless driving tickets

Hunting for women: Chics dig a guy with a bus pass... which I'm sure you'll need when the court takes your DL... and if they throw you in jail I'm sure you'll be someone elses girl so problem solved :jester:

  4. From the Arizona State Legislature:

    8-701.02. Excessive speeds; classification

    A. A person shall not:

    1. Exceed thirty-five miles per hour approaching a school crossing.

    2. Exceed the posted speed limit in a business or residential district by more than twenty miles per hour, or if no speed limit is posted, exceed forty-five miles per hour.

    3. Exceed eighty-five miles per hour in other locations.

    B. A person who violates subsection A of this section is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.

    C. A person charged with a violation of this section may not be issued a civil complaint for a violation of section 28-701 if the civil complaint alleges a violation arising out of the same circumstances.

28-693. Reckless driving; classification; license; surrender

    A. A person who drives a vehicle in reckless disregard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving.

    B. A person convicted of reckless driving is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.

    C. In addition, the judge may require the surrender to a police officer of any driver license of the convicted person, shall report the conviction to the department and may order the driving privileges of the person to be suspended for a period of not more than ninety days. On receipt of the abstract of conviction and order, the department shall suspend the driving privilege of the person for the period of time ordered by the judge.

    D. If a person who is convicted of a violation of this section has been previously convicted of a violation of this section, section 13-1102 or section 13-1103, subsection A, paragraph 1, in the driving of a vehicle, or section 28-708, 28-1381, 28-1382 or 28-1383 within a period of twenty-four months:

    1. The person is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.

    2. The person is not eligible for probation, pardon, suspension of sentence or release on any basis until the person has served not less than twenty days in jail.

    3. The judge may require the surrender to a police officer of any driver license of the person and shall immediately forward the abstract of conviction to the department.

    4. On receipt of the abstract of conviction, the department shall revoke the driving privilege of the person.

    E. The dates of the commission of the offense are the determining factor in applying subsection D of this section. A second or subsequent violation for which a conviction occurs as provided in this section does not include a conviction for an offense arising out of the same series of acts.

    F. On pronouncement of a jail sentence under this section, and after the court receives confirmation that the person is employed or is a student, the court may provide in the sentence that if the defendant is employed or is a student the defendant can continue employment or schooling for not more than twelve hours per day nor more than five days per week. The defendant shall spend the remaining days or parts of days in jail until the sentence is served and shall be allowed out of jail only long enough to complete the defendant's actual hours of employment or schooling.

And BTW: I realized you were in Phoenix... I am out there on a regular basis for work... I would really hope they take your DL b/c I sure as hell don't want to be in a city on the same roads as you. :banghead:

  5. ...he told me...like this quote, "U EITHER SIGN IT OR U GET CUFFED"...of course I signed it!! But their is a feeling in me that I know I can win this one...even know I did mess up!!

Yes... sign the ticket (admissioin of guilt) or cuffed and go to jail... thats what happens when you're pulled over for racing/wreckless driving. And in cases of wreckless driving or street racing the cop DOES NOT HAVE TO SHOW UP. By signing the ticket you essentially pleaded guilty rather than going to jail and waiting for a hearing.

Not sure what the laws are where you live, but heres CA's new policy:

    Street Racing Enforcement Toughened -

Under existing law it is a misdemeanor to engage in a motor vehicle speed contest and will result in imprisonment in a county jail for not less than 24 hours nor more than 90 days.

The new law will extend the penalty to not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months, or by a fine, or by both fine and imprisonment, if a person is convicted of engaging in a motor vehicle speed contest and that violation proximately causes bodily injury to a person other than the driver.

Community service of 40 hours will also be required and the privilege to operate a motor vehicle may be suspended for 90 days to six months.

If a repeat violation occurrs within 5 years of the date of a prior offense it will result in imprisonment in a county jail for not less than 30 days nor more than 6 months and there will be a specified fine. -AB 1325

Really the only reason you're headed to court now is to find out what your fines and punishment will be... best you can do is plead down the punishment, which if you get a nice judge might happen, but with 2 prior wreckless driving tickets I wouldn't get your hopes up.

  6. But in a serious note...lemme ask u a question!! This happened at midnight..in an empty road!! He didnt get me on radar..I was racing some other car! They took those guys to jail..I got a ticket!! He has no proof that I was goin that fast!! Honestly...If I go to trial..u think I can win>?>? ***ur innocent until proven guilty*** right??

So whats the real story?? First you say you weren't racing and now you were?? If you're looking for sympathy here you're not gonna find it, especially if you're going to lie about what really happened.

Best of luck to you, but I honestly hope you wise up...

  7. O wow thx man..good to know dylan supports me!! I dont know think my license is gone yet!!

Support you?? Gimme a break. We're all buddies here, but when you **** up someones gonna let you know... that much over in a 35 zone is reckless man... doesn't matter how you slice it.

I've watched kids in my neighborhood almost get hit on more occasions than I can remember b/c guys like you think its OK to run thru a 35 zone at 85mph... just be thankful you got away with only a ticket and not vehicular manslaugher.

  8. He claimed I was going 85 on a 35...I was not going that fast...he made that shit up!! and only 1 offense has showed up on my record...for some reason one of the past offenses never showed up on my record! :driving:

Not trying to be a dick here, but I'm having a hard time believing you weren't doing 85 in a 35 just based on the fact you have 2 other tickets for excessive speed.

Why the **** do you need to go that fast in a 35... even if its only 65 in a 35 you're 30mph over and thats just asking for trouble.. IMO you need to slow the **** down. :nono: Take your lumps like a man and don't do it again.

I'd be lying if I said I never exceeded the limit, as most here would, but the difference is I'd NEVER do that in a 35... if I'm gonna give it some gas its on a freeway or on a straightaway... maybe with a 55mph posted limit and run up to 80.

Speeding in a 35 zone means you were way over the limit in a residentail or high foot traffic zone... they don't post 35mph limits for nothing.

  9. What speeds are we talking and what was the limit?? Sounds like you were WAY over the posted in all 3 cases.

If you were doing 85 in a 25 he doesn't need to get you on radar to write you up for criminal speeding... theres a point where precedent and a visual estimate by a cop will hold up... if its obvious you were speeding far beyond what would be safe they don't always need to have you on the gun.

Its going to be tough to convince a judge you weren't speeding if you have 2 prior offenses for excessive speed.

  10. Do you have an idea of how fast it is going to run, ballpark idea???

Stock 2wd's are running about 13.8 so I'd like to see mid to low 13's but its gonna come down to launching this thing right and air temps... this thing runs so hot under the hood its silly... the difference in performance on a cold day versus a warm day is night and day... gotta find more ways to cool it down to keep the numbers consistent.
