There is also a screw on the bottom side of the door panel. I think the 04's have one under the small plastic cap on the rear of the door panel by the latch too.

I use Mothers Aluminum Polish, but I only use it once a year. The truck is garaged and never sees bad weather or even rain, so they stay pretty nice.

You are a bit misled. The SS original wheelAND tire combo is about 78 lbs. Your new Centerlines are 28lbs WITHOUT the tires. They are still less than the originals, but they are not 28 combined.
