    Wow this is a strange topic. I am guessing that "WODY'S GIRL" created the fake name with a capital W and lower case letters as the username and put up the sig and created this posting as a joke, but I could be wrong.

     

    In any event, whats with the small little tm at the end of both usernames? I never seen that before.

     

    Oh, and good to hear your are not getting rid of the SS.

  10. (diy) Remote Start?

    I've got a remote start in my daily driver and love it. I've been looking into the idea of putting a good security system with two way paging and remote start into the SS and I'm scared of something electrical going wrong. But it sure would be nice to have security, remote starting and also having the heated seats come on when the temps are cold. Any recommendations and would I still be able to use my factory keyfobs as well?

    I am not really much of a fan when it comes to after market lights but I found a set that I really like and was curious if anyone here has them or knows much about them and if you do have them, if you could post a pic for my viewing? : )

     

    These are what I found and am really thinking about getting:

     

    Smoked out LED's

     

    I like keeping things stock, but these seem to scream at me that they would look sick with the SS.

    Congrats on the new SS. Sure you will enjoy it like the rest of us do ours.

     

    I have a piece of advice to give you. It really isn't a good idea to give out your full name with location on the internet. I would think first name and location is fine, just not your last name. I'm pretty paranoid, so maybe I'm the only one who thinks this.

    I was on the other end of this problem a few years ago. One day a thousand bucks was withdrawled from my checking account account and the bank found it and put things back and said it would never happen again. Well a week or two later 3 or 4 grand was now missing from my account and then another few hundred bucks. The first couple times I just kept calling to get things fixed and the last time it happened I went to the main branch office and sat down with someone. The guy looked and informed me that there was a glitch in the system and someone else had the same account number as me except one number. So he closed my account and reopened a new one and transferred all my funds to the new one.

     

    Oh, and let me tell you that logs never lie, so EVERYTHING and ANYTHING can be found. I spend many hours a week going through logs and they are always telling the truth. :)
