@ jddmj - I would love to lose them. They are there only because this will be more of a "family" ride and the wife and daughter are considerably shorter than me. I don't have any mod "plans" for the SD. I didn't have any for the SS either and she got her fair share of toys. I am taking a wait and see approach but a Corsa/DB exhaust and a cai are likely to show @ some point. So far, I really do not like the 6 speed tranny. It really seems to search between 3 & 5, even with the gas pedal floored. When driving normally, the shift between 1 & 2 feels like a stall...it's really weird. The 6.2 with the 3.42 gears cruises nice at highway speeds and can seem a bit sluggish from 0-40. It's no slouch, but is definitely not the SS (especially with all the mods I had on it). I agree with @ssplaytoy, this is certainly not a replacement for the SS. I hated to see it go and had a lot of heartburn selling it. But, I needed the room for the growing family and this is certainly a nice looking ride. =)

After nearly 8 years, I sold the SS. She went to a good home and fetched a nice price. Sure am going to miss all the fun I had with her. I learned a lot from all the folks here and always appreciate the assistance and advice everyone was willing to provide. I did keep it in the GM lineup with my new ride. Thanks again all.

I like it. It seems this one is more similar to "Awake." After all the hype, I am disappointed with only 10 tracks though.

By paying them, you give them your CC#...then guess what happens. I had an FX45. It was the best vehicle I have ever owned! It never had any problems. It was comfortable, an absolute blast to drive, and had enough room to accommodate 4 adults very comfortably. Honestly, I wish I had never sold it. IMO, you can't go wrong with an Infiniti FX.

Photography is my crutch...and it is damned expensive.

There are quite a few in the New England area.

I've admired that truck for a while. They did a great job on that build.

USAF, 11yrs down and counting. BTW, the Government only qualifies U.S. service members as Veterans if they have been on Active Duty for a period of 180 days or more. So all the Guard babies, that have never been deployed on Title 10 orders for more than 180 consecutive days, are not considered Military Veterans after they retire. Complete BS if you ask me.

What bothers me is that people are now only noticing this because it is President Obama. For the past 8 years the media has called President Bush "Mr. Bush" and nobody cared (well...liberals anyway). Now, the next messiah, is referred to as Mr. Obama and it is a life altering, tragic event. The absolute disrespect for the Office of the President that was afforded to Bush is disgusting. Like him or not, he was elected by the people of this country as our President. If not him, the position that he held demanded that respect. Just as, like him or not, Barack Obama deserves the respect as President Obama. To me, this is a perfect example of how people in the country are sheep; sheep being herded around by mainstream media.
