  1. Congrats man! Now you'll have more cash for mods
  2. So you didn't disappear again? Can't wait to see pics of two nice SS's
  3. Not a replacement, but. Nice lookin truck nonetheless
  4. I'll call you up tomorrow. Can you send pics from your phone at least if you cant post em up here?
  5. Keeping it awd and a reliable, sometimes street driven, drag truck, will cost more overall. By ditching the setup, he'll drop a decent amount of weight too.
  6. Maybe I can convince my buddy to get it for his h3. He gets back this weekend and it would be a local sale.
  7. I really should read more instead of skim so much It's just hard sometimes to remember everything in all the previous posts when I'm posting
  8. My pedal action sucks, but the truck does stop (eventually). It's worth the few bucks spent on fluid for you to try bleeding the system. It's better than wrecking and injuring yourself or others. How many miles on the truck? Have you checked for any vacuum leaks?
  9. After painting or polishing that alternator, I say tub the truck and ditch the awd. I trust you would do the entire floor in a show truck style and not just a hack job adding tubs. By doing this, you will add more weight which could help with hooking, but you know how power/weight ratio works if you're looking for the fastest possible e/t. Overall, nice lookin setup so far man
  10. At least she keeps it clean and maintains it. Lookin good Every time I see one of those cars, I picture someone out there with an oversized remote control playing with it. I'd get one just to put an oversized CB antenna on it.
  11. Good lookin ride man. I like the Harley theme. Too bad it relates to Ford The Fontanas are nice rims. What size tires are you gonna run? Gonna drop it anymore?
  12. Shoulda pulled up next to him and asked him if it had a Hemi What he paid for that truck, he should have found a SSS, instead of being a poser. Next time you see that truck, it'll prob have fake chrome fender vents too
  13. You'll always notice the screen's imperfection even if you straightened it the best you can because you know it's there. I'd make your buddy pay for a new screen or at least take you out, drinks on him of course and in his vehicle. Good luck on finding one and hopefully UPS doesn't mess it up if you do. Have you though about maybe doing some fiberglass and/or plexiglas work? It might not be cheaper or be a quick fix, but a nice piece of custom work will prevent bending any more screens

  15. I knew you were super busy moving and had tons of orders to fill, then you kinda disappeared from the forum. Guess you caught a break unless you wanna give us an estimate if you do it.
  16. That's a lot of elbow grease and beer for that job. All that hard work and a beautiful job as always Dylan About how much would you charge to a job like that?
  17. Shackles and cranking the keys will lower it about 1.5/2 and all you need are the shackles. If you want a better ride and you can afford it, talk to Tony (NorcalSS). A kit with and/or rear drop leafs, hangers, and shackles will get you the 4" in the rear, and 3" LCAs for the front. Plus new shocks.
  18. Dixie Chopper FTW! How fast is that little Craftsman? I want 1/4 mile times
  19. Sorry for the misunderstanding man. I wish I knew you had it so I didnt have to spend hours in ms paint Do you have the "Silverado" in the same font that you can send me?
  20. Cut the bumpstops leaving only one nub. Drilling a few small holes through what's left will help when it hits. The front stops are also meant to be drilled, but not cut. Mr. P did a nice write up on this.
  21. A swift, hard, pissed off horse kick to it will get the job done if you don't have a large hammer.
