Since ls motors and parts are so common and interchangeable for every build, there's enough info to keep you reading for weeks. But as Mike, Steve, and Art said, those are the base questions to get to helping you. As far as the transfer case goes, I don't think anyone has grenaded one yet from pushing it too hard, tho they have failed on stock trucks too. The SS is a full time true awd truck from what I've learned and read. Assuming you have killer fab skills or know the right people with a generous budget, a solid axle should be done up front if you choose to do so. It can be done, but it's added time, money, and weight. I would stay 2wd and deal with the traction issues in other ways. Anything can be done to these trucks. What's done depends on the answers to the questions already asked.

I believe Ekstensiv did it a few years ago. It sucks because it'll never be fast, prob turns like shit, and if you hit a snail you might bend a rim. I wouldn't want to worry about a valve sticking, bag popping, or some kind of air related issue either. Sure is sick and must look amazing throwing sparks.

Think it's a pretty straight forward swap. Just have to do the brake lines maybe.

Subwoofer outputs: Left (+) Dark Blue/White Left (-) Light Green/Black Right (+) Dark Green Right (-) Light Blue/Black I tried wiring it up to door speakers and got nothing so I used the wires under the console. You run the rca's from the converter to the amp. This is what I did to get the system working. It was easier and cheaper than getting the module.

I would go with the 305/45 since you tow and give them a break from the asphalt. I don't think you'll rub unless you lock out the wheel when turning I'm not real familiar with everything on the nnbs, just what I think I remember reading on another forum.
