Shouldn't you be watching your hockey team lose?
-
Good looking clone, but he forgot the piece on the bottom of the tailgate and the mirrors are neither smoothed or painted.

Cai, exhaust, and a tune if you don't have them already

I'm digging those rims man...Looks tittays
Those are a sick set of rims that someone worked really hard for...At some point Mr. HAHA, you need to grow up and stop being such a d!ck, so go

Reminded me of yesterday's New York Post headline
"OBAMA BEATS WEINER" .... Seriously!
-
That would make it just that much easier. Just have to power the fans and wire them to a switch. Did they look like they mount the same?
-
You would have to find out if the mounting and wiring is the same first. If they would mount the same as the stock SS seats, the wiring would have to be tackled. If you're lucky, all the plugs and pins would match up, but I doubt it. You'd have to cut and splice harnesses I'm guessing. Then getting the cold air from the a/c would just require some custom ducting.
I've never looked into this, but I'm guessing this would just be the case. There might be another smaller blower motor in the caddy seats too. Not sure tho. I like the idea of a/c'd seats, but I don't like the look of perforated seats in an SS. If someone is willing to give me some caddy seats, I'll try it and let everyone know what is really involved

The SS has coil packs and doesn't use a distributor. A set of NGK plugs and either MSD or Taylor wires is what you wanna look for. You can pick the plugs up at the local auto store and order the wires online so you can find them at the cheapest price.

That light is fixed to the frame and front fender?
-
From other forums, sites, and google
-
I can deal with the light. Only thing that would make it really over the top is ditching the swing arm and going hubless.
-
Start post in up some you'd like to have and maybe we can get them. I'd like to see a revolving SS logo or something like that. Does anyone know how to make em?

The black n copper is sick
Would still have the same jaw dropping effect even if it wasn't aired out. Props to the builders on that one. Nice pics Jon

Use appropriately...

Welcome
There's some clean SS's for sale on here. Look forward to seeing you around and what mods you do to the future truck.
-
Those have always been some clean looking wheels IMO. I wish they made the 025 in a 6 lug. You always take care of your stuff and they should go pretty quick. Glws man.

Glad you got it man

There's no tit for tat, just waiting for the perfect opportunity to steal my tire back.

Welcome from another Floridian
I looked into the ASEP program too, but decided I could just take the tests to get my ASE's from my experience. Good program tho and hopefully you can get placed at a good dealer and start modding up the truck soon. Reading through here will make you want to, thats for sure.
How bout some pics of the ride

Luckily you found it before there was a whole family in there.
-
I would not rebuild your truck because it would have a rebuilt salvage title. If you need a work horse type truck, then I can see why you would look at the duramax. But you wouldn't want to owe money either or have to pay outta pocket if you don't have to. The SS does have it's set of issues, but that goes for every vehicle. The dmax will cost more when something goes wrong and oil changes are more pricey. You have always wanted an SS, I think now is your chance man. You don't wanna kick yourself later if you don't.

Go with the large cup. Balljoints are a pita, but hopefully it presses out into the cup for you. Spray it with some PB Blaster and heat up the area around the balljoint if you have to. If anything, a mini sledge will do the trick.

Have you thought about dropping in a 6.0 motor?
