See this is why i wanted to wait because now it has been proven that this kid walked into a gun store and purchased these firearms the legal way. I'm not sure what a back-round check actually tries to find out on you but it obviously is not enough as his teachers and fellow students could of told people this kid was not right, add he is living on campus and bought enough ammo to start a little war if he wanted, should of sent up flags right away! All i seen in the news is that the police found two receipts for the purchase of those guns, I'm very much doubting that some guy selling guns and drugs on the streets is going to write out a receipt so if he did walk into a gun store or gun show and was able to purchase those weapons then yes IMO the rules need to be changed especially seeing he is not even from this country. Well you sure dont see high horsepower cars kill 30+ people in couple hour time frame, and with them finding 2 reciepts for the guns in his backpack it is going to set the gun control freaks into a panic! This is why i skipped right over them when looking for a fullsize, they make chevy look like toyota in reliability!There is like 80 pages of complaint after complaint and not minor little ones either, some have had their brakes redone over 5 times in under 20k miles, another has replaced 3 or 4 complete rear end assemblys!Ive been to the dealer for a total of about 1 hr in 2 years of owning my chevy silverado, im willing to bet that you would be hard pressed to find the same luck out of a titan owner.

Make this be a lesson to all parents who think it's not a bad idea to give a teenager the keys to a car such as this!When they are not spending a nickle on it how do you expect them to respect what they have?I know she took the car from daddy but there are plenty of other cases Ive seen where some young chump gets the keys handed to them for a car that takes most people a lot of hard damn work to acquire and within a month the thing is wrecked, this case the person just happened to hit just right and got her head exploded. Even those out of factory warranty? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sorry but i do not have a answer to that, since pretty much everyone has been to the dealer multiple times for this issue even out of warranty the problem was never fixed while under it so i dont see how they could decline to fix it at there expense!If anything call the gm 800 number and make alot of noise if dealers try and get cheap on this.

Might want to hold off a month or two, my service manager just told me today and sounded 100% positive that a new designed shaft should be shipping in mid to late January.
