  1. Voted, and i cant believe there is such a thing as a "air guitar championship"!
  2. Thats a great way to keep customers buying your product, threaten them with legal action! The only lawsuits that will fly in the court of law will be all your PAYING customers getting there money back for a faulty product! Thank you for posting this, it's good to expose some of these guys who obviously dont stand behind there product.
  3. the attendants were aware...but did not know how to correct the problem... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Actually no one was aware untill some lady went into the store and clued them in on what was happening. But i guess this was after some 250+ gallons of fuel was pumped, with fuel prices these days i can almost understand why some would take advantage but really like the guy who owns this gas station sets these crazy prices! And now he will have to eat over 2 grand in loses because one of his employes probably set the pump wrong. I guess thats the way this world is today though if there a chance for people to stab you in the back most will take advantage of that.
  4. Yeah prob a safe bet that the person who was driving does not and will probably never get a job driving one again!Lucky he didnt kill anyone in the process.
  5. Yeah a hundred dollars wont get a motorcycle detailed from someone who knows what there doing!I would go atleast 450-500 minimum for a full detail of a rig that size and also make him purchase the products needed to finish the job.My boss just had his tahoe detailed and ran him over 300 for a suv!Something of that size will take you a minimum of a full day imo it will prob be more like a 1- 1 1/2 days to complete from start to finish!
  6. I was all set and had my mind made up on buying it till someone told me he went thru two of them because the keypad would break causing certain numbers not to function.Well at best buy that night not one of the display models but all 4 of them had that issue, everyone of them the #5 button would not work.Nice looking phone but absolutley has duribility issues imo, when i heard what the cost would be to replace it after the 1 year warranty was up it was a easy choice to not buy it!
  7. You would think that, but there is such a limited production on these cars. Here we a list of customers wanting the cars, so they're pretty much sold before they're even unloaded. If the person at the top of the list backs out, doesn't want it, or whatever, call the next one. There may be some in other parts of the country, just not here. They should at least try to find you one as quickly as possible. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thats why theres no way in hell any of these demands from all the post on here would work, simply put if he chuses not to buy theres a list of people that would step right in and take it off the dealers hands!
  8. Im sorry, but im finding it hard to feel bad for you! Congrats on the new purchase or when they get you the one you ordered .What the heck though have them cut you a better deal you have plenty of very nice rides to hold you over till the right one shows up it looks like.
  9. Signed, hopefully this helps save his life, not really fair to have your dog put under for really no reason other then it being a certain type of dog!
  10. Im a very happy ##$@!#@#$%$# today, because i now have two orch seats for the last show of there small pre u.s. tour in boston. this show is gona kick some serious @#@!
  11. You wouldn't have a link to tickets handy would you?! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> http://www.ticketmaster.com/artist/720703 All of them for the most part i believe go on sale tommorow at 10am from ticketmaster. The only ones that are not are the two new york shows which are handled by the new york centers box office.
  12. Yup any decent thief can very easily disable the tracking part of onstar if you use it only for this feature your better off looking at some alarm companys products that will prob be better and cheaper.I didnt renew never pressed the onstar button in the year i had it and never had a problem for 15 years before that, to me onstar is great if you have money to waste.
  13. Imo it is damn good, a few song's will take some getting use to but overall im very impressed with it.Ofcourse it's only the leaked version and everyone is speculating that it could be possible that the new lp will be a dual cd box, or what was posted on tools website last year is they want to make a tool version of the wall!I guess we will see in another week and a half when it get released.
  14. Incase you havent seen not sure were you live but theyy have a few spots there hitting and most look like all small venues.
  15. Yeah well i got two shots 10am for boston and 11am for the nyc shows, it doesnt help that both places only hold under 3k though. Wonder what scalpers will be charging for them though because i think i would be crazy enough to go pretty high to get to see them before there off to europe. Though i heard look to the falltime here for there main u.s. tour to get going.
  16. It's been a long 5 year wait but Tool is back and about to kick are a@# this may! Just wondering how many fans if at all there might be on this board and if your gona be like me tommorow praying to the tool gods that i somehow get lucky enough to get a ticket without having to get bent over by a scalper for em!
  17. Holy #### you have the most understanding wife i have ever seen! Very nice boat though, thing looks brand new from the pics nice find.
  18. I went to starbucks for the second time yesterday. Maybe its me but do you need a collage education to read the menu? After a minute of reading the menu i tried a mocha frapichinno and a seven layer desert thing. It came to $6.45. I tell you what it was a good coffee, really good but that is robbery. I'll stick with Dunkin donuts where I usually go every day and spend about 3 dollars and am just as satisfied. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah i seen they opened one up in chicopee, i might have to give it a try because some of the dunkin donuts around here are getting disgusting imo, any of the older ones i refuse to step foot in seeing how some of there cook and prep areas are filthy, when you see them thru the drive thru!
  19. Trust me ... When they say "Self Described" she is packing a whole lot of PRIDE ... It will come up 99% of the time. Personally, I can count all the "Minority Families" in my town on one hand. Even when you stop them for a major infraction (ie: Stoplight Violaiton) they always try and throw out the race card. If not Streetside, mostlikely in court. As for the second part... Like I said, we don't know the whole story here... Yes, You state "Improperly Cross Streets", Ok, she may have taken a little too long to cross. Yes I understand that she is older, but, This is coming from her and her view alone.... There could be another avenue that patrolman saw, but she is just claiming being too slow. (Just not enough information to make a clear decision) ... When I personally read an article like this I always put in the BS Factor. Things get so twisted by the time it goes to print ... Trust me, I give press releases to our local media on arrests/accidents/major incedents, and they alway "Add" their own touch to it. Heck, I've been quoted when I never even stated anything other than a description of the incedent. Also, I don't care who you are in this world ... You would not write a Older Person a $114.00 ticket, unless something else took place. (Well, most of us) I personally don't know how the State of California operates Legally, but they surely must have a box on the citation marked "Warning"??? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Sorry i can see the cop in you wanting all the facts but really the only relivent fact is this is a senior citizen and they cant not walk at fast pace like a normal person can, so whats wrong with them using the race card because they are infact getting discriminated against for being old which is out of there control! The woman has ever to make that police department look like a bunch of fools because who ever gave the ticket is one!
  20. Sorry but common sense should of prevailed here, a woman or even a man at that age is going to take longer to cross a street then a normal 20 year old does.So what should happen all old people need to stay locked away in a house because they cant walk at the same pace of someone half there age?The cop should of got off his lazy a@# and helped the woman cross the street instead of giving her a ticket which probably equals half her monthly ss income!Like i said common sense, it's not like the old person has a choice to speed things up even if they wanted to.
  21. Wtf, what the hell kind of a##hole comment is this ^.Driving slow on the road and a woman who is 82 and walking down the road trying to cross a street are two completely diff. things!
  22. I know there are some fellow officers on this site so by no means am i trying to say this about all officers! That being said this one needs to have his badge shoved so far up his a## that he spits it out of his mouth! What a disrespecting pos who is a damn disgrace to a police uniform, christ im begining to think they will give that damn badge out to just about anyone these days!
