  1. hahahaha that almost made me fall out of my chair <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  2. Damn, that is a sick flame job. The truck looks super good chase. One of the best trucks on the site.
  3. I like the rear end of trans am, with some nice wide tires it looks mean. But I prefer the front of the camaro. But for collectors value a WS6 will probably be rarer. If it was up to me I'd just get a FRC vette.
  4. Sorry to hear, I hate theives so much. It makes it such that you can't have nice things without it getting ripped off. Just be glad they didn't take the truck. I'd invest in one of those pager alarm systems and install a kill switch.
  5. I like the stance on the SSS, it looks really good. Those 1st gen lightnings are rare, I hardly ever see them. Nice trucks
  6. Inside is nice and spotless, I still have to get some Ferrari floor mats. I was going to get some tint done, but that will probably have to wait until spring.
  7. They look interesting, its good to show off your fancy brakes, but the maintenance on a wheel like that must be terrible. Brake dust everywhere. To clean it, your going to have to remove each wheel. I still will take regular metal wheels over a clear wheel. Plus putting a 5000lbs S class on some high density plastic still doesn't sound like such a good idea to me, I'm sure they have a lot of strength but with enough stress, I'd be weary of running on strong plexi glass.
  8. It's been snowing here for about a week and with no sign of letting up, mother nature has forced me to put the toy away. I got the Ferrari detailed a few days after I bought it, and one of my buds hleped me take some amazing pictures before the snow came. At least I've got the awd SSS to help me deal with the snow. If only I could driver her year round... Clean engine bay
  9. Well, i'll have to say the new silverado is looking better with some aftermarket parts. Nice pics chase.
  10. I think a tahoe/yukon would be a great first ride, you can also find 03/04 trailblazers, envoys, rainiers for around that price too. Jeep grand cherokees are pretty cheap. Also the infinity QX4 is around that price too, pretty decent mid size SUV.
  11. I will agree with you on the generic GM interior, although the new body 07 is definately an improvement. The titan is still a decent truck, but I just don't like the styling one bit. The titan/pathfinder armada/QX56 styling is just really not my taste, especially the QX56, that has to be the ugliest suv on the market next to the B9 tribeca. Congrats on getting married
  12. I like those a lot, how much improvement are you seeing?
  13. They've got a lot of tricky police vehicles now. That is the first SSS one that i've seen though. I've seen an H2 before, police want nice rides too.
  14. That is the nicest tow rig I've ever seen. Get more pics for us
  15. Very nice trucks guys. I like the huge representation of blue.
  16. If they build it, very close to this concept, I will likely buy it. This truck totally makes the new silverado look better and I think it looks great, I would for sure debadge that huge bowtie in the back. I'm glad they brought back the best colour though. I hope they offer an ext cab too. But knowing GM in 2009 they will release a very much toned down version, similar body cues, probably the new 6.2L motor scrap the manual tranny and price it quite high.
  17. The car has a full Tubi Exhaust, Imola sport brake kit and tuning from Novitech. I'm highly considering some rims on this car likely and HRE wheel. Thanks for the compliments guys.
  18. Would love to do some burnouts in it soon, I'm deciding whether to go with aftermarket rims or not, and if I do I'll just shred those rear tires. I'm going to get new floor mats, I still don't know why there are walmart floor matts in a ferrari. I'm happy with it, I'm actually getting it detailed today, so it should be all shiny for the weekend. I'll try and get something up. Sure is, I've always loved the look of this model. Thanks a lot guys, I'm as happy as any guy could be. The new ZO6 is so nice, but I just always wanted one of these. I've driven it every day since I've got it so far and man does it turn heads. Women just love this car. The seats are just about as comfortable as the C5 ZO6 seats but these seats hug you a lot more. As for driveability it is not the nicest thing to drive everyday, but I don't care. It is still pretty damn fast, about stock C5 ZO6 fast, but makes a hell of a lot more noise. This thing drinks gas like you wouldn't believe. I estimate maybe 8-9 miles per galon with normal driving, but I think the car makes up for that. The only real modification that I am looking at is some aftermarket rims for this beast. I'm glad I bought one with the tune/brakes and exhaust already done to it, because the aftermarket is so expensive for this car.
  19. I actually prefer the stock look to the powder coat, maybe a gun metal gray would be as dark as I would go on the stock wheels. I think it looks a little too dark. There needs more contrast on the wheel. I'm actually a fan of the stock wheels. I like the chrome lip black wheel look you posted. I'd keep it stock and save that powdercoat money to get the 22 rims earlier.
  20. My favorite there is probably the vette and the tbss.
