  1. Welcome to the site from Va. A female in a SS from Texas. All good!!! Nice looking truck.
  2. Very quick, nice truck. Not much SS left tho, and that's a big check to write!
  3. I've been doing something wrong.....Lol. Nice!
  4. 2003 SS with 20k miles. Bought new, never used the bed!! Common sense says I have wasted a lot of money, I would probably agree. I almost sold my SS once before, and backed out. I really love driving my SS, but to be honest, it serves a very, very small purpose. If you have the luxury of owning an EXTRA vehicle, keep it. Period. If not, you would probably be better served letting her go. Now if I could just follow my own advice. Haha.
  5. Boy did they add more pictures! Pic overload. I mean, power lock switch, power window button, cruise?? Nice truck, but I think I would have at least cleaned the bed a little. I love low miles, but I'll hang on to my "high mileage" SS. Lol. My bed is cleaner!
  6. I love it!! The 427/ tremec combo makes it one badass truck to me. Would look great in black!
  7. Welcome to the site. I autocrossed for years, but never thought about doing it in the SS. Must have been a LARGE course. Lol. Sounds like you are getting the most out of a nice looking truck.
  8. I replaced my original Delco from 2003 just last year, just as a preventitive measure, so I am not sure how long it would have really lasted if I wanted to risk it. Constant garage time, but no battery tender. Now I have tenders on every vehicle when they are not being driven. We'll see if it pays off, but an 8-9 year old battery is nothing to complain about anyway.
  9. Yeah, the problem is the extra 40k. That, and I am car poor as hell right now!! That's a Barrett-Jackson car!
  10. I guess I was about 12 when "The Bandit" became my dream car for the next 4 or 5 years. Definitely a badass conversion!! Good luck Kevin with the sale and finding a nice SS.
  11. Speaking from experience, shipping with tires will never work out. The cost makes it just not worth it to the buyer. Stock 20's are popular now, but there is still a limit what they will bring. Good luck!
  12. Nice truck, big price. I would say that it will be very tough getting CLOSE to that kind of money, and really needs to be bone stock.

Great looking truck! I wouldn't change a thing.
  14. Give me a price with the tires if you decide to sell. Actually, I guess I wouldn't need dry rotted tires. Haha.
  15. Give me a price, if you want to sell them outright.
  16. Depending on the condition and price, I might be interested if you decide to sell them. I'm close enough that you could sell without the shipping hassle. PM me a price and a couple of pics would be nice. Thanks.
  17. SOLD!! on Ebay. I hope the new owner appreciates what they got, and makes their way to the site. Looks like they bought a super nice SS.
  18. SS is now a model, Ram 1500 pickup instead of Dodge Ram 1500. All seems a little odd to me. Since when is Ram a manufacturer?
  19. Great thread!!! and some awesome looking dogs. I am a huge shelter rescue guy. I currently have a Great Pyrenees/Lab(Saxon) and 6 month old Cody, who I am still trying to figure out. haha. Also a picture of Logan. The best friend you could ever ask for. He also was a shelter pup, but looked like a pure Giant German Spitz.
