don't know. i couldn't find any spec's really. from looking at it and knowing the company it came from, their claming with alphabravo's and weighing 11,000 lbs. they can run 138. they have to be pushing about 2200-2400 HP. that would be about 1100-1200 each. that is awesome.

that is great.

looks real sweet. nice truck man. I love the SS

I would stick with something like alert, shelby, viper, commando. there are lots of others but basically, you get what you pay for. the more expensive ones are alot nicer. Anything consumer grade is made mostly for ease of installation and just tends to be junk IMO

actually a tour of the facility would be real good at atracting future buisness. expecially in the repair aspect.

when you turn on the blower motor, you should have the heat on high. that way when it goes through the heater core, it will evaporate and some will drain. otherwise, the inside of your truck will look like a leaking washing machine out of you ducts. There is also a drain. that is where the evaporator core drips under the truck. (note the puddle under your truck on hot days is run off from inside your truck). This is the sweat that come straight off the evap core. when your defroster is on, it activates the ac system also to take moisture out of the air. that's why your windows don't fog.

mandrell is the way to go. unfortunately, not many shops have one so it will be tough to find. on the flipside, a good shop (like mine) will take different degree elbows and weld them together to create the same effect. these can be bought in stainless steel from magnaflow or other misc. company's. good luck man.

i paid 1500 for mine from the local speed shop (Performance Unlimited in Enfield Ct). was a couple bucks more but he helps me out with alot of other things so it winds up being a wash in the end than if i were to price shop for everthing.

Yeah that first pic had me scratching my head until I read the page header
Thanks man, will study it.
there is actually a plastic cover over the whole assembly on the passanger side that will need to be taken down. (just clipped on). then you will see everything clear as day.

same shit happened to my tranny. (Stocker). 3-4 clutch was burnt to shreads, and it wound up creating a valve body problem cause of the sediment that went through it. basically the whole tranny was destroyed. I wound up calling a guy in North Carolina names Dave (DTrans). He did an awesome job getting me set up with a fully built tranny and converter. Highly recomend him for great work, an awesome tranny, and excellent customer service.
Give him a call and tell him i sent you, he'll hook up anyone on the forum.
Name is Dave Huellette, phone number is 704-445-4491
