Hey guys, I've been on here a while and finally found the one for me. Went 2hrs away for this one but it was well worth it. 03 SSS Onyx black 6.0L AWD XM,6 way Bose, everything on it man. Truck has 24.501 miles on it in perfect shape except the guy was a heavy smoker. I've been out here since 5pm trying to get rid of that awful stench. Anyways, I'm very familiar with all the aspects of performance as well as aperance because I just traded my 00 xcab with a W4m, K&N, Underdrive pulleys, E fans, Flowmaster then a buncha stuff for apperance. I've also seen a lot of fellow Firefighters on here and now I'm just adding to the list of Firefighters with nice trucks and also to the SSS population. I'll get pics as soon as I get home from work tomorrow. I have my 4 SS 20" rims and Goodyear eagle LS2's for sale with 11k miles on them from my extended cab.

Just to give you guys a first hand account with the 335ci heres my story. One night on the way to the g/f's house, I'm at a light next to this punk in his mommmys 335. I see his tach moving from out my window from the BMW nasty orange dash light and I figure he wants to run. I've taken down many 325cis and a 5 series once and close to my friends 6 series however, we left the light at the same time and he seriously walked me. I thought ooh..maybe I didnt have it all the way down (which I knew I did) so we catch the next light. Again, he proceeds to walk me by 3 cars at 80. I had my 00 5.3 xcab W4M tune, Intake, Exhaust, LS1 fans K&N and 3.73's out back. Proceeded to go home and look at the specs and my jaw totally dropped when I saw they were TT with like 330 horse. DAMN!!! Watch out for those 335's

I'd have to agree with everyone who says there is no comparison to an LQ9 vs the titan stock for stock. In my 00 from a dig I put a full truck on a ec titan with exhaust. Scared me for a second cause he wasnt going anywhere but after I hit 2nd, he started to drop back and by 70-75 he was a full truck back. However, those things are no joke, my old mans got one and I drive it every once and a while and that 5spd tranny and those gobs of torque do put up a good fight against my 00 5.3 with a W4M ,LS1 fans and Exhaust. But titans going 14.6 in the 1/4 stock !!!! NO CHANCE. If I put a truck on one by 75 and I ran a whopping low of 15.6 in the 1/4 when it was like actually below 90 degrees in South Florida theres no chance

For sale are my silver rims and tires off my 03 SSS with 11k on them. Seeing as how I already had a set from when I owned my silverado, I will not be needing these. Tires are Goodyear Eagle LS2's 275/55/20 . The tread is very good on them and there is only 1 rim that has about a 1/2" of curb rash. Have all the lugnuts with all 4 center caps. $850 OBO for all 4. I can post pics this afternoon. Would prefer local pickup and am located in South Florida but if they need to be shipped, I will get a quote.

I had an opportunity in April to purchase a 05 VHO silver Birch Metallic from a dealership in South Florida. It had 9,680 miles on it, leather, navigation, steering wheel controls, bed cover 4.10 rear onstar, power seats, heated seats.. you name it the truck had it except for dvd and sunroof. Anyway I didnt have the $ at the time and the dealership had no idea what it was that they had, I asked the salesman if it was a VHO and can I see the RPO on it. He said " Well ya its a silverado but what did you call it"? I then asked if it had the 6.0 L vortec engine. He replied, let ,me go check the sticker. Needless to say nobody in the dealership knew how rare these trucks were. It was traded in by a police officer because his condo assocation would not let him keep it there. It wound up staying behind his police station for 5 months till it was traded in. TRUCK WAS IMMACULATE!!! I test drove it a while back and I had to have it. After I finished Fire Academy I was able to get back to work and have a steady paycheck. I check back about a month later and it was GONE!!!!! Totally bummed me out man.. this was the one for sure. They were asking 22,988 and that was before I even told them what I was willing to pay. Anyway sorry for the rant but I was wondering if any of you guys know anyone who has recently purchased this VHO because I would like to get in contact with him or her and see if I could buy it off them. If you guys have any ways of looking up owners on other forums with VHO's and happen to see this one PLEASE LET ME KNOW. Thanks, Justin

Well, its a no go on the truck. Very nice ride but alot of things would have to fall into place for me to be able to buy it. Such as me selling my truck ( for a decent price) and another profit opportunity that unfortunatly fell through for me. Anywyas, if it had a lower price and was a good deal that was suitable for me then I'd snatch it up in a heartbeat. However, I am now continuing my dream of the LQ4/9 swap.

The one I test drove was an 05 VHO 9k miles owned by a cop whos condo assocation didnt let him have it in the neighborhood. It had the 6.0 with 4.10's Leather, Every option including xm radio, onstar only option not included was DVD/ Navigation and warrantee was till 36k. Had tonneau cover but besides that toally stock. Dealership wanted 22,988 which I thought was a good price considering I've seen em for sale on here and other forums with 21-25k miles on them going for 20-22K and those arent even local to me.

For sale is my 2000 LT Chevy Silverado Extended cab regular bed. I am the first owner and now looking to get rid of it to buy a VHO. Options include 5.3L engine. 3.73 rear and power everything, has every option except onstar and navigation/dvd. Has 99,474 on it as of now and are 90% highway miles. Just put new goodyear wranglers on the truck 4months ago at 97,300 miles. Mods include flowmaster 40 series si/do muffler with 3.5" tips. Wait4me performance tune. Hey guys , Im selling my truck to buy a VHO. I test drove one this weekend and really fell in love. It was an 05 with 9k miles on it..every option and pretty good price but still a little too expensive for me. If anyone has one up for sale or knows anyone with one up for sale, please let me know. Local would be preffered but if they trucks right for me it dosent matter about location. Thanks, Justin

Ya, those cars will def suprise you. I mean that in more ways than just keeping up with you speed wise.. Theres been about 3 or 4 impala SS's running around by me with undercover cops in them. Just givin a heads up. But hey, if you beat that one, just outrun the cops if they try to pull you over when undercover LOL.

Ya, while your dreaming of 13's in an SSS im still dreaming about the day I get even a stock SSS, every time I see one on the road I get mad because that person has one and I dont... LOL I'm kidding, actually 2 of my friends own an SSS and another 2 own the TBSS so I guess I'm lucky in the sense that I get to at least ride in them. Maybe one day I'll get one.

Wow, you caught me on the right day, I'm actually putting up my C6 ZO6 for sale.. Actually I just added on the tigershark exhaust tips ... If you want it that bad, I could probably work out some kind of deal with you maybe straight up trade?? problem is I'm not sure how tall you are but you might have trouble fitting in a 1:34th scale C6 Z06 but who said you have to be able to drive it...Lets face it you could call it your GARAGE QUEEN and every one would think you really own one.. HAHAHA well in about 30 years the price might go down but by then they'll be a collectible so my offer is probably the best bet for you. Like he said earlier Its ok to dream.

Hey boys, I'm down in South Florida, right around Ft Lauderdale Beach and about a 1/2 hr from MIAMI I just threw those out because they happen to be pretty well known places by me. Hey Firerescue, I totally agree with you on that topic, LS1 tech has a military forum inside by the regional forums, would really like to see that happen. A lil update, the truck has gotten some of the smoke smell out and I'm going to do the charcol trick to it overnight and take it out tomorrow morning to see if it absorbed any of the smell. Honestly for the little time I put into it last night, it seemed to be toned down a little bit when I woke up this morning. Anyways, here are some crappy pics I snapped b4 work this morning. ENJOY!
