    that l92 crap was sold days after the motor let go. using a ls2 intake. as for your intake probably best selling it to someone. im not a believer of that intake. for NA appication LS6 or fast 90/92 are only intakes worth a dam IMHO

    thanks man, im picking up my motor tomorrow. going to tear into it this weekend. its off to paint shop to get painted. hopefully all my goodies show up this week and next. my hood, tailgate, rad support and few other things ar eoff to painter next week. trying to make the lsx showdown

  5. you would need to run a car intake for these to work or modify the covers to fit with truck intake
  6. For sale are my vette FRCs that been smoothed out and sprayed electron blue. selling cause i need the money 80bucks plus shipping the covers no longer have the 6.0 on them

  8. looks good but i dont understand why the need to manually shift todays Electronic trans. now with older non-electronic i understand....set it in the tune and call it a day
  9. yu dont need the fans on that much. only slow speeds or idle. once moving the air is enough tocool the motor. build yourself a harness like nelson/GM/others use. works fien for me
  10. no need for switch. i wired mine to the Key on source. pump runs when key is in on position. safest way that way you dont forget to turn it on or off
  11. they claimed 8-12 rwhp gain also you can cool the truck/car without the motor running allows for easier filling of coolant allows the use of no belt at track
  12. i have for sale a set of 00 ls1 241 heads. nothign wrong with the heads. just have no use for these heads 75 bucks + shipping
  13. the rule is not ot spray below 3k...thsi way you dont risk hurting the motor reguardless of tune. 3k+ the motor can react faster. under 3k the motor cant react fast enought and it also says in most kits dont spray below 3k
  14. yea i noticed that as well. i deff plan on making more videos this year. as long as the 4.8 holds up to the PTE88 i should be set....theres a red show queen of a SSS that needs its ass destroyed hehe
  15. thus the reason for spacing it out!!! rpms and not centerd will leave chance for belt flying off. for 20 minutes of time making a spacer never dealing with belt flying off....priceless

  17. i run one but use it for car accessories. but ive seen someone use it for the trucks. they ended up stacking 2-3 gskets to space it out or you could use a spacer instead of stacked gaskets

  20. is anyone going to to this event? its held by the NMCA and has a lsx class. im goign to try and get the boosted 4.8 done by then and shoot for deep 11s. i just orderd half my fuel setup and probably picking up the 4.8 today anyone going?
  21. and thats before the custom install I just finished up of N20 on his truck....he has alot of money deffently into his truck and deff looks nice
  22. when i put hte 408 back together it will have the chevrolet ones. their be painted blue with white letters. i did this cause i couldnt use my vette FRCs. so my vette FRCs are for sale and gong ot get the chevrolet coversas for the 4.8 ill run a set of smoothed/filled stockers painted blue maybe have silverado airbrushed on themthanks eveyrone for all the kind words
