  1. Well Id come down but .Justin. already did a splendid job with the Radix street tune! Thanks again Justin, and free bump for you
  2. Ditto 05-06 you can find for probably about 22-25K depending on mileage and the year. Good looking car, great performance, and will put a SEG (sh*t eating grin) on your face. Or a Vette wouldnt be too bad of an option....late model Z06 can be had at a pretty good price these days
  3. Located in Costa Mesa about 10 minutes from Huntington Beach. There is nothing wrong with it. Its still on the truck, and you are more then welcome to stop by any time this weekend to take a ride in the truck or look over the system with a fine tooth comb. There would be no shipping cost. I would hand deliver it to you. Im 10 minutes away from HB. Read the first post, and Id doubt youll have very many questions about the system or what my plans are after I sell the unit If anyone is looking into this system, it is 2003 specific. 2004-07 have different fueling systems, thus you would need to buy an intank walbro 255 fuel pump (~$180) and then a handheld programmer from Magna Charger if you decide to install it yourself, because this unit does not come with one. Like i said before Id prefer to have Brian do it at JPA Automotive in Chatsworth, thus you save the cost of the handheld unit, and you get it professionally installed for a pretty reasonable cost. We'd both drop the trucks off at his shop and he would take the system off my truck and install it on yours in about 2 working days. Send me an email ([email protected]), and Ill give you my cell phone. We can schedule a meet if you are free this weekend and want to look at the truck or take a little cruise. - Owen
  4. Selling it because I need a more work appropriate car perferably. I take clients out about once a week, and although these trucks look clean some of my "older" clients may not see the truck in the same light I do. Gas prices are another reason, and Im spending almost 500+ per month to drive to and from work. Im looking to stay in the GM family and possibly going and buy a CTS or CTS-V.
  5. $4.11 for 91...Fill up every week for about $100...
  6. Called back and left a message with my cell number. PM me or email me at [email protected] if you have any questions
  7. Hey Guys, I am selling a Radix, Silver "Stardust", MP112 w/ intercooler for $3,500 OBO. Not willing to take any trades or anything of that nature. I have the capability of taking paypal, cash, or credit card. The radix has about 12K on it from my use, and I didn't run the truck at the track, and was rather laid back on my style of driving...The guy i bought it from Punkt71 had about 10K on it before me. So in total the Radix has 25K of driving on it give or take 1-2K. Supercharger is still on the truck, so I can take pictures if needed. 1) This is for the silver 'stardust' version, includes the intercooler, 3.0" pulley (on it now) and 3.4" (i think it came with), j-tube, everything that a normal kit would have for an '03 Silverado 1500 SS 2) Does not have the superchips programmer because the guy who installed it did a custom tune in exchange for the programmer (hes a reseller). Brian at JPA will be able to custom tune your truck and get it up and running before you pick it up. 3) i don't have a drivetrain warranty, its voided as soon as you use a different pulley and a custom tune. but it sucks anyways because there are so many limitations and exclusions on it 4) don't even bother with the superchips programmer, the guy who put it on (Brian @ JPA in Chatsworth) will do a custom tune and get more HP out of it then the programmer 5) I will be selling the gauges with the supercharger... I have a working autometer boost gauge and an Aeroforce scangauge (with the SS boot logo) including the pillar mount...no extra charge I would prefer the install to happen at JPA in Chatsworth just because he A) has done plenty of installs of radix's and he knows what hes doing B) Most people on here Chase, USA Bodyguard, Punkt71 and a few other guys can recommend him as a great installer and knowledgeable professional Now if someone wants to install it themselves or have someone else to install for cheaper, I would be willing to have the radix removed and shipped to you. Reason I'm selling? I'm moving in a different direction with the way gas prices are and the fact my commute kills me going through a tank of gas before my work week is over. Also due to the company I work for I require something a little more business minded when taking out clients etc... Anyone looking for a nice power adder to their current setup, let me know, and Id rather keep it local, but if someone wants all this shipped I can do that too. I'm in Southern California (Costa Mesa specifically), so if anyone wants to stop by take a gander under the hood, or even go for a small drive, I can make that happen too. - Owen

  13. Here is a pretty stout version: http://jalopnik.com/368635/926-hp-holden-u...ac-g8-el-camino Here is the confirmation the El Camino will be back http://jalopnik.com/366699/2010-pontiac-g8...-camino-is-back Looks 10 times better than the SSR, and hopefully itll sell better too... From Jalopnik: The sport truck draws its strength from the same powerful 6.0L V-8 engine used in the G8 GT. It puts out 361 horsepower (270 kW) and 385 lb.-ft. (522 Nm) of torque. The combination of a six-speed automatic transmission and Active Fuel Management technology provides both car-like fuel economy and an unexpected 0-to-60 time of 5.4 seconds.
  14. Good luck with the repair... I had an accident about a year ago, and basically the truck side swiped a electrical box, because i have a heavy foot...Long story short...18K+ worth of damage and the truck was fixed (3 months later). My insurance company didnt even give me the option of totaling it out...And my frame damage was pretty bad, add to the fact the drive shaft was pulled out of the truck with partial damage to the left side of the rear axle and the left rear tire and bed had to be completely replaced... Lets cross our fingers, and glad it was worse...Insurance companies usually go by if it costs 80% or more to fix the damage they will total it out, or at least thats what my agent told me

  18. Dont know if the KB is what youre going to want on a 408. A lot of people dislike their external control module and have done away with it and gone with their own custom tune. Even then some people dislike the setup. I guess it all depends on what your goals are. You may want to go with better flowing headers also. The kooks are shorties right? You may want to look into a LT system especially if youre going the blown route.
  19. Smoke ask Chase, he has electrical cutouts on his exhaust setup. There is a post of his with full pictures of his exhaust setup after the e-cutouts were installed. I dont know of anyone else who has done it
  20. To the top for those who maybe had cash laying around after the holidays
