  1. Im actually the one who bought Punkt71's supercharger...great buy though for anyone looking to get into the low 13's with a tune...At that price, thats beyond a great deal...Most I see are in the $3,500 range
  2. I like how the slogan of the seatstayups.com is "work-safe environment for men." How is a Most Embarassing Sex Stories Topic "work-safe"? Because that story that guy posted was not work-safe

  4. If new im interested. Have you decided on a price you are looking for? If so let me know.
  5. Try JPA Automotive in Chatsworth, CA. Talk to Brian at JPA, he installed my MP112 on an 03 SS, I know he can also get good deals on Superchargers. Check out performancetrucks.net, they usually have a few superchargers being sold over there at various times. Check Google for a phone number as I dont have one on me right now.
  6. According to what I've seen about the released GM plans for the future a new GMT 900 model called the C3XX is going to be released in 2012. Check Jalopnik.com or Autoblog, they have the white book listed from the GM UAW agreement. Picture below: (Check out Pontiac Plant)
  7. I have mine without the normal Silvy SS cap, I have a painted to match cap that looks nice and looks closer to the pick of the red cover above
  8. the post on youtube says the Titan weighs 7400 lbs? How the heck did he get his truck up to 7400 lbs it weighs nearly 5000 lbs stock? He must have had 5 people that weigh 500 lbs each in his truck Low 15's with a SC is craptastic

  11. Sorry to hear about the broken items. My company probably ships 10 shipments a day through UPS and maybe another 20 through FedEx (Internationally). It seems no matter how you pack it, or even putting fragile sign on the product doesnt detour a shipping companys employees from throwing the boxes around like dead weight. Their employees want to finish their route the quickest, and if that means throwing boxes here and there, and they finish their route an hour early, they go home with a full 8 hours pay for 7 hours worth of work. Pretty sad! The claims process is a lengthy and painful ordeal so good luck. it just seems FedEx, UPS, Bax Global and the companies like them just dont care, they figure out of the number of boxes that look like the ones you received, only a small percentage of people will call in and put claims through. Most people dont insure the shipments either, which in turn only helps the shipping companies. Good luck with the claim!
  12. Whats the deal with the meet, as long as my tensioner and belt stay on Ill be down for a cruise. Last meet my tensioner and belt went bye bye the friday night.... Is there a sign up list again?
  13. You need a big chunk of change to Flip houses out here in California. You can find decent flips in Arizona and New Mexico. California is just outrageous for housing costs, unless you flip houses out in the Inland Empire where housing prices arent as bad, but still pretty high. Im going Sunday to the fair grounds...If you see a dirty, and I mean hasnt been washed ever black SS. Its mine...Write something on the hood so I know you guys showed up. It would be a good place to go for a cruise since PCH is about 15 min away, and its a nice drive to Laguna or even up to Huntington.
  14. I know the SandSport Super show is at the OC Fair Grounds this weekend. I live about 2 miles from it. Happening 9/13, 14th and 15th.
  15. 305222 is autozone P/N. I looked at Daycos website and saw the 89222, but i assume the autozone guy was just not as smart as I had hoped. Either way the 305222 is the Autozone P/N for Daycos PN of 89222. I got a stock 6 rib pulley and matched it to one Autozone had in stock (same size and dimensions). All in all the truck is up in running after an hours work this morning. I just wish someone could find a billet tensioner that would work on our applications.
  16. Haha I love the club of having my tensioner break, my tensioner pulley snap...All in the name of speed I guess... I just wish Autozone could reference 89222 which is the Dayco P/N, but in Autozones system it shows 305222. Hopefully this will help someone if they run into the same issue as me. Thanks Guys...
  17. Yea I saw that info in a post after searching. Unfortunately Autozone doesnt have that part # in their system. All their dayco parts start with "305". So Im going to try my hand at P/N 305222 and see if this works. I dont know why the P/N would be different, but Ill see when I walk into autozone tomorrow morning... Thanks Cadowns!
  18. Ok so the Dayco parts all start with "305" Im thinking 305222? since the back of the tensioner has this number but the Dayco Part # 89222 doesnt come up in Autozones system. Ive read a little and know its a late model ford f150 V6 but what year?
  19. So I switched to a 112.0" and BAM the tensioner was gone today. So any ideas of what I can do to fix this messy tensioner issue. Im staying with the 112.0" Gatorback like most of you are running with the 3.0 pulley. Suggestions? I need the P/N to the tensioner shown below. Autozone couldnt find it and I have no clue what model truck or car this comes off of. I know they carry DAYCO parts. Another model of tensioner would be helpful if guys have had more success? Thanks ahead of time guys!
  20. And this is why you stay in school kids...
  21. Thanks for the correction Kris. Im installing the belt this weekend and going with the 112.0 once autozone gets the part in. Last thing I need is a ruined tensioner or anything else.
  22. Zippy I got the radix off of punkt71 who runs a 03 SS, and hes running the pullies that either come stock with the kit or that gm had on the truck already. My left idler pulley (if youre looking at the engine) is adjustable. For reference both idler pullies are parallel to each other, the one on the right doesnt look adjustable, but the left one definetly is. Its the idler screwed into a brass? block in the back and has room to move the pulley up or down. Should I just pull this idler up a little for some slack? The truck feels alot tighter on the top end for some reason, then again i could just be talking out of my rear. This pulley id tighter then it should be, so I dont feel any slip, or anything being sluggish when I first step on the pedal. Im just worried the tensioner will become a problem or some of the accessories like the water pump or alternator may have issues with the tight belt. I mean 0.5" doesnt seem like much. But I cant definetly say the tensioner pulley is fully compressed and has no where to go right now. I guess some pictures are in need to show my setup.
  23. My vote put you at 25 and the leader hopefully for good comapred to 24 for Trever1t
