  1. Great pass, just get that 60' down and everything else will fall in !
  2. Very nice! So what comp ratio did you end up with, and what boost levels are you looking for?

    Awd 60ft's

Hmmm. I dont get any kind of traction in 2wd.... And currently in 4wd leaving under any type of throttle all 4 go up in smoke, leaving of idle has netted me 1.81-85 consistantly. I am working on a completely new line of shocks to hold the front down and limit the rear squat. 4 new wheels and drag radials are on the get list as well, my intention is to leave harder getting traction and getting 1.6 or lower 60's. Only time will tell...... go back to awd or a selectable 4wd is my opinion .
  8. Sorry missed this post. I have an 03 it came with a return style system along with being a factory equipped flex fuel vehicle, the pump has been confirmed to offer at least a 30% increase in flow. New cobrajet 80# injectors and a magnavolt is the only thing changed from the original factory set-up. Trust me! it is done! LPA has been working with me on a set of twin in tank pumps. at the end of this dyno pull AFR's were starting to lean out. Ray
  9. I could not agree more with this statment. Bad decision on behalf of the judges, Not the UFC. It sucks too.
  10. fastest, Most powerfull full size suv on the planet? Lol! Hmmm..... few more gidgets to work out.... 11's in the 1/4.
  11. that pull Iat's were under 130* I love them!!!!

  13. Nice catch! both of you guy's!!!
  14. Thx! for all the positive feedback guy's. Could not multi qoute all these so i picked i feel a great question and mystery to me.... Internal volume? Yep! i would agree..... And actually thought i would see it right @ start up. But after several conversations, I agree with this. What if? the Blower in its originally designed state intercooler pressing down on the lower manifold absorbing internal heat along with heated compressed air coming out of the blower forced to make an imeadiate 90* turn upon exiting the intercooler, Forced into the intake port (which happens to be higher then the exit point of the intercooler) at a givin valve opening time become backed up in the rotor creating even more restrictive heat which in turn would be less dense air???? Sorry for the run on sentence......... Brain typing thru fingers. No what if?? Now everything attached to the upper manifold(everything but the lower tub) Is isolated from the engine heat(to an extent) Being 50* BTW, also suspended above the intake ports, allowing the compressed air to travel thru the intercooler and into the ports more fluidly(is that a word?) but you know what i mean creating a denser cooler charge. Think of the New ZR1 they position the blower in the lower valley and push air up thru the intercooler then mcdonald's arch down to the intake ports. That even has more open space than mine started from strait from maggie. Magnuson designed these blowers to fit under the hood of a lot of vehicles, I figure if i have the room why not try and use it! So far i am seeing less heat and No apperent loss of boost. Please comment I look forward to any feedback. Ray My head room all gone: Still fits under the hood.
  15. thx guy's! pulling out the stops sorta speak. dyno day is coming soon and looking for that 7++ rwhp number, thinkinout the box I hope helps. this thing is proving well so far in several key area's, increased transistion for the air to flow creating less friction, fuel rails are no longer heat soaked, boost is like yesterday quick! And best of all E-85!!!!
  16. here ya go. Cuz this blower is definatly the "king of the hill" gotta go :burn: goin for a 30* blast! :burn: snow on the ground NONE and not on the streets!
  17. Being in Vegas taught me a few hard lessons! It's HOT! Both Me and the bus had a rough time! I felt that for the surrounding circumstances, Knowing that i had to drive it back to MN, the Suburban Finish with a strong footprint on my over HP goals. The Guy's AT LEP are truly Stellar! Well Now on to the heat issue, Vegas 110+ :bomb: what a day to dyno! Every body wants More HP out of there set-up Right!!!Well here is what I came up with! The words "Phenolic" and "Spacer". check out the vid! thats just the differance between the two manifolds. "Heat Soak" No more. Going at it head over heals and ending up hitting a home run! In my mind (at least)creating a " Velocity" effect creating more room for the air to enter the Intake ports. this also allows me to add E-85 to the mix utilizing the new larger Taller Injectors! Oh! Almost forgot Iat's hmmmm. :hail: Respond at your own risk! Can some one tell me what 205kpa = in boost? :hmmm:
  18. Very nice! Solid #'s from your set-up.
  19. "The peice da restance" however you say it! Lol! Stickin that Beeaatch on the gate! Aint it Wa La!
  20. If done on the first rebuild of the downed 4l60 ? Priceless! worth every penny,I just wished i would have done it sooner. have @ 2000.00 in mine. total!
  21. pretty sure he sold it altready. some one is selling a 2300 on tbssowners
  22. WOW! WTF! Now to the OP A newer tranny from an LS powered truck/van would be a better start. IMO the 96 4l80 is a good price, i would shop around. Danny you should have been a little more explanitory on your Opinion especially if you are a vendor(new or not) and well versed in tranny's, Vince was just tryin to read your mind for others to understand. I did not see the ad(sig) in question.(Not cool from the sound of it.
