  1. also depends on which style 2300 you get. Standard truck drive (nose drivin only) @ 10psi Jackshaft version starting @ 10psi and up. I am @ 14 psi @ part throttle on a 427...
  2. Purchased new from Pheonix transmissions, custom stalled to 2600 for the 4l65. This converter is best one he sells for our application,it is the ptgm55hslx designed for supercharged,or nitrous applications. I used it for 1700 miles with only two track passes and has worked flawlessly. I have went to the 4l80 and no longer need it. only royal purple fluid was used in it and it is in like new condition. retail is over 500.00 shipped SOLD here is a link for greags stuff. http://www.phoenixtrans.com/html/converters.html
  3. these work with the C6 Zo6 Calipers only. Btw I have been working a deal on a group purchase of 15" front rotors. Preliminary info will require NO LESS than a 10 Set Pre order. It Should be a great chance to save some REAL MONEY! Matching 14" rear rotors are also avail, Several sets are out and running around that add that complete look! Thx Eric for your continuing efforts!
  4. It truly feels stronger than the times posted Joe! Good to hear you getting it on the track. BTW fix that leak yet?? Ray
  5. call Zippy and see if he could lend a hand.
  6. Not to speak for some one else, But i believe the brackets are made, final details are in the works. Eric seems to have everything under control. New brackets should be avail soon. thx for your intrests Robbie. Its nice to now someone is waitng to carry the torch if needed.
  7. The 6 piston front caliper will fit the 14 rear rotors without any loss of pad contact. However a bracket was never produced. The perfect combo would be 6-piston front using 15" Rotors and 6- piston rear over the thicker 14" Rotors. both sets would have the maximum pad contact.
  8. There are some issues that need some attention. Way more power to be had with that set-up.
  9. Hmmm! Now that looks familiar? Very nice to see some other set-ups coming alive. Lots of hard work put into this set-up and glad others are benifiting from it. 2 thumbs up!
  10. It can be done! I have the template.
  11. Going a different route and figure i can see some one else benifiting from this more than me. Less than 2k miles on restall from P.I. and in like new condition. Presicion Vigilante Triple disc Stalled @ 2600 rpm. 750.00 shipped in the U.S AK,HI and Canada Please PM for price quote.
  12. they are for the heat exchanger i asume, and they are mounted to the inside bumper bolts, with the braces shooting down in a 45* angle front to back. Heat exchanger goes on it.
  13. Done and running! Ran it thru the local wash hut, put @ 30 miles on it, No boost yet! heat cycling the rear end, Exhaust is off the hook too loud! the TVS is UP in your face as soon as the hood pops up, And would be none the wiser driving down the road. I LOVE IT!
  14. You Need to get the lower valley plate from the 5.3 SSR maggie kit. That one has provisions for the knock sensors.
  15. Lucky me this is already a flex fueled vehicle from the factory, just going to expand upon it. 85-90 pounders should do it? thinking of adding an additional factory flex fuel basket, hard lines and external regulator for additional fuel requirements thx! its a powermaster 200 amp. And yep its still the stock charge wire (fitment only),working on an alternative, possibly a 6-8 guage charge wire.(I think the desiels have a bigger charge wire.
  16. Thx. I made the intake tube from the gmpp CAI system. @ the Fly would be respectable, Figuring E-85 to get me there, Wish me luck. Me too. That was the original plan back in 07, Thx. Maf May be maxed out now,may need to go 2-Bar SD. Cross your fingers. Thanks, My wallet is done!

  18. here are a few photos of the New TVS2300 that was ordered out of Magnuson's New Performance Parts Catalog. Stuffed underneath it is a GMPP LSX Block punched out to 427 ci. This is considered a "Hot Rod kit",But working with Joe @ left coast, And Brian and David from Magnuson we were able to muster up alot of the parts found from other exsisting kits. The Ultimate goal is 1000hp, So stay tuned Cuz I am goin for it! thanks again go out to Joe over @ leftcoast,Brian and David @ Magnuson, and wkdvr for the gates lazer belt alignment tool. 21. Unfortunatly there are no other manufactures of a 15" rotor to fit our trucks. the brackets were designed around them. there were +'s and -'s for the use of both the caliper and rotor for our trucks,I just tried get the max from both of them. It may be possible to do a group buy on the Rotors, but i do not wish to but 5K out and wait for a 7/6 % return. BTW paypal went to 4% now. let me now all interested and i will try to work something out. Also Erik (dkcustoms) Is a good man to take point on the brackets. Ray
