224/230 cam would be good since you are going to need a biased exhaust cam due to the fact that you have shorty headers.

Really depends on difference things. Tune, DCR is what matters most not SCR. I'm running 11.5 on 91.

10.9 compression with stock gaskets. If you do a cam change the springs.

Use what you got. Its not all that bad to make it work. Fairly simple.

That's too much gear for your set up and only having a 4 speed trans. That would be over gearing IMO
