    I got the baer big brake kit from autoanything.com and it was like 500 or under all you would need is pads

    Nope and I'm going to go ahead and just not buy any... I'll just save up. Grrr. It sucks but I guess yall are right. On top of that my wife was getting pissed at me about spending my own personal money on them. I think she was just pissed in general. /shrug. Till next time. :(

    Lexani is a tire that nexen makes. I used to see them on peoples cars back in high school. They don't have bad reviews.

     

    Now I'm second guessing my purchase. I guess I can go ahead and buy the rims and then just buy a tire at a time.

    Never heard of those tires. If you concerned about money, I'd just get new tires for your stock wheels and save the rest of the money for the future. Nitto 420S in a 305/50 would be what I'd get.

     

    305/50 on a 24"? Would that even fit?

    I came up on a little cash lately and just so happened I caught a glimpse of the 24" KMC Slide on that black truck posted for sale. Started doing some research and I am going to go ahead and buy the MC Slides in 24x9.5 with a +25mm offset. Getting a decent deal on them at $1450 shipped to my door.

     

    I only wanted to spend around $2000 for them with tires. So I decided to get some Lexani LX-NINE since I can get them at approx. $600 shipped. I know they are total shit but it is what I can afford for the time. I will replace them with some Nittos down the road.

     

    My question is...Should I go 305/35/24 or a 295/35/24 ??

     

    I just don't want them to stick out the side and look retarded.

    I think he's confusing an invoice with a receipt. Invoice is presale with terms and pricing and receipt is post sale with what has been paid.

     

    Texas speed did **** up. I'll give him that. Is it worth putting a buyer beware on them. No.

     

    If you did have an invoice and not a receipt then I would say get pissed and run with it lol.

    People do **** up though. We really can't get mad at someone for trying to correct their mistake. They run a business over there and some jackass read the wrong line more than likely. I see where your coming from but I think you need to put yourself in that position. You would more than likely do the same. Can't say you wouldn't because just like your fussing over a misquoted couple hundred, you would also be fussing over a couple hundred about to be lost.

     

    Unless they invoiced you for said price then you paid it then there is no fight and no point at trying to give them a bad name. My 2 cents.

    If your downfiring under the rear seat then you really need to take depth into consideration. After getting that small measurement that will cut your choices to some of the not so beefy subs.

    Comcast broke my 63inch DLP and am waiting to hear back from manager in charge of techs for a replacement or re-imbursment. Mine was $2300 not including specific DLP HDMI cables. They cannot replace the TV or specific cable so I am not sure what will happen. As soon as I hear from this guy who is in charge of technicians Insurance polices, I will let you know Mike. I may need to inquire about shipping. I will message you here privately or ID myself threw a text after I talk to this guy. -Andrew

    Everything looks great. How did you mount your fiberglass speaker pods? What's up with the sub box and the wood in the middle of the port? Afraid they were going to fight for airspace? What's specs on the box?

  25. Help! Sputtering.

    So the mechanic said it was something with the intake valve springs. Has no compression in cylinders 7 and 5. Also said that it is possible the piston could have attacked the valve. In that case I would have to pull the heads.

     

    This sucks but I guess new springs cost less than fuel pump...I'm gonna try and replace the springs and see if that fixes it.

     

    Sound legitimate?
