I agree with everyone who says the violence will get worse. I was talking to my dad today who is an ex marine about the situation and he said he wishes he was still in so he could go kill lots of unruly iraqies who are pissed about saddams death.

This is some BS you and your wife need to tell the officer you are going to get a lawyer to deal with the problem if they don't give it back. Secondly, have a nice chat with this kids dad (without the wife or son around) he is NOT your sons parent. Also, tell your son next time something like that happens to tell the cop to **** off until you are present. I remember twice in High School I was called into the cops office at my school to empty my back pack because someone said I had something. Well, both times I had both my parents come to the office before I would allow them to talk to me or go through my stuff as my parents told me to do and both times there was nothin in my bag. Actually, I have never been busted for anything and I don't do drugs and eapons or anything at school. Cops like these are on a power trip and need to be dealt with. After these two instinces I was never hassled by school officials again. Just let your son know not to say anything or give anything to a police officer until you are present. Teach him how to tactfully tell the cop to go **** himself until you are present. The demeanor of most people change prefusely when a parent is involved.

I am not in that group of people but it sounds like my childhood. I got my first BB gun for my 7th birthday and a motorcycle for my 10th and we never had game consoles in my home until i was around 16, I would have always rather been outside riding my bike or fishing. Haha I had some fixation with the millitary when I was young and would go to areas where neighborhoods were being built in my camos with my BB gun and wrist rocket and run around in the electrical ravines pretending they were the trenches of WWII haha......no wonder I am going in the Marine Corps. oh yeah I ate garbage and am in no way fat either, my generation makes me sick. 1988

Yes I also loan money and don't expect it back because that's how my parents are. I was also raised where if I borrow something, I give it back better than I got it. It's just a plus though when I get back the stuff I loan out. If i'm not willing to totally part with the money or the object I usually don't loan it out.

If it was me in that situation with a friend of 16 years I wouldn't end it over $220, it is just money when it comes down to it and maybe he can't repay you. Is his friendship worth more than the money to you? If it is then have a chat with him about his behavior and let him know how it feels when he treats you like that and then after that, don't lend him money again. If he blocks people out like that he may have some psychological problems and needs to have those addressed. you are also right eamonnschevy about true friends only ask for friendship but if I was in a bind and I couldn't get money from my family I would ask a close friend to me........I always pay back debts though with interest.

I can relate, I knew a guy in school who was so laid back very humble person. Invited me to his house for a small party. His dad is apparently the CEO for OTIS evlevators and well...this house was insane. Located on a islan within a island, has a view of miami beach, downtown miami, coral gables, the bay, and the atlantic The pool was raised so when you get in it, its as if you are in the ocean giving it a seamless look into the horizon. Nice house cool guy too. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yeah this house is on a hill overlooking the las vegas strip and their pool is one of those zero wall pools and is you were in it it looked like the water was falling off like a water fall in front of you and you see the strip in the middle of the pool.

I went to a party in a house like that and the kid that lived there drove a big ass diesel chevy and in the garage was his "sunday driver" as he called it and it was a ferrari enzo. His dad is some casino exec here in vegas. this was my senior year in high school last year and some of my friend went to school with him and I guess he always wore normal clothes and and he didn't have many friends because he was really quiet. They had no idea he lived somewhere like that haha. His dad had a rolls phantom and his mom drove a bentley arnage.

yeah I live in about he most light satured place on this earth, good old las vegas. I can drive 5 minutes out of the valley though and it's so clear and dark it's unbelievable. I may have to go for a drive tonight.

I saw a red SSS and a silver SSS on horizon ridge near eastern. I was in a grey rcsb hemi with a yamaha dirtbike in the bed if any of you guys noticed me and are from this site.

I think they supposedly don't have any tunes out there right now but there are a few in the making that will make their trucks a wee bit quicker and make us hemi and vmax and SS guys think twice.

if they can SMOKE rcsb 2wd hemi rams than they should beat an SS or vmax too. I haven't raced any SS but I have one Vmax when I was stock and won by maybe 3/4 a truck length. I have seen titans run at the drag strip and 1 stock SS and z06freak and my times were faster that's the only reason i challenged him. times were titan with CAI and flowmaster muffler........................................16.1 stock SS (I think bad traction)..................................................16.0 z06freak with his mods............................................................15.6 OR 15.5 me with full stock exhaust and my chip on performance tune.......15.3 times are all at 2200ft so a few tenths can be shaved and none of us are experienced at a drag strip. That's a good breakdown for what titans were running with some mods. I also raced an ecsb 2wd silverado 5.3 with a cam torque converter tune CAI exhaust and longtubes and he whooped me. he ran a 15.2.
