Well sorry to bring this up again but for the life of me i can not find out how to post pictures in my signature. I must be a tard cause i have been trying to do this for the last few hours and i cant seem to figure it out. i click on the little picture window and it says enter your URL but what is it talking about i add what picture i want and save it and nothing comes up any help would be great.

Ive had my truck for over two year and the wife still hasnt drove it and wont after i seen that. she aways asks me and i tell her no. I alway say she will curb the wheels and she would say look at the pretty sparks. And the SS sits on 24s not cheap. just last week she told me that something was making a funny noise on her car i go out there and ther was a pieces of plastic draging on the ground. she must pulled up the a curb to close.

I have the ramps that have rubber on them and i also have over the rail liner. i spray liners as apart time job and i see tons of nice truck go ober the rail. i dont like how over the rail looks but its saved my bed a number of time. you could also get a tailgate cap and cut it in half and put it were it would ware when you loaded the quad

It looks like somebody already swaped a h22a in it or are my eyes telling me lies. My just put a h series in a crx and it went 12.05 in the 1/4 all stock.

I went and test drove one yesterday. I car is really nice. And tons of room. It felt alittle doggy to me when i went wot but for a sedan it held its own. The salesman told me in the spring of 09 they will be releasing a 6 speed manual. I dont know if its BS or not. but over all it was a really nice car. The sticker price here in MT is 30$$$. And we dont have sales taxs so that what you will pay.

Hey STS works for some people. I run a front mount kit. its a detroit speedwork turbos kit there are ups and downs to rear mount turbo kits and front mounts. in the forced induction part of this forum there is a poll that was posted about a boost topic read there. you can get alot of info from there. and there is also performancetrucks.net you can get alot of info there also. good luck with the build boost is fun but spendy also. $$$

Well here it goes. i have desided to put the truck up for sale. The truck i a 2003 chevy silverado ss with the following upgrades. It has a detroit speedwork front mount turbo kit. upgraded garrett t88 turbo about 3000miles on new turbo. TCI level 2 built tranny and TCI 2800 stall. I had the motor rebuilt about 6 months ago by a local builder. i have put about 2000 miles on new motor. i didnt go crazy with the motor due to lack of funds at the time new piston 9.5.1 all said and done. all new bearings in motor arp bolts bottom end. and alll new gaskets. innovative wideband. automrter gauges boost,pyro,fuel. I just put a new ECM tuned by nelson performance. i had him tune it fat in boost for safety 10.8 in full boost new motor has not seen past 7 psi. The reason for selling is my wife is starting school full time in 2009. i am only trying to get what i owe which is 21000$. The body of the truck has 51180 miles the motor about 2000 and the tranny about 2500 miles.

The biggest reason for selling at this point in life. is its time to start a life with the new wife. She is starting school full time i jan 2009. So getting rid of the payment would be nice. The truck is not supercharged but turbo charged. so if its something you might be think about let me know. i can give more info. but it is an 03 AWD with 51180 on the body 2000 on fresh motor i have recipts. I lve in kinda near you in billings MT

Well i guess im still a noob. ive been around here for a couple of years. But i only have 34 post for the most part i just sit back and read topics. I just wanted to say thanks to everybody for helping me out with all the question i have had and that is forum is great. I have never been a SA to anybody on this forum thats not water i will step in. This is a great topic and hopefully this will help some of us noobs out. it brought light to my eyes and i will now be useing the search section more. So thanks to everybody for making this forum what it is today.

I am runing the detroit speedwork front mount turbo kit. with a nelson performance tune. only runing 7 psi for break in. soon to push it to 12 psi with a really good tune. built tranny and just bolt ons.

just wondering if i run half 93 and the other half 106 will this mess with my wideband. I was thinking of runing it at the track this up coming year not all the time just every now and again? maybe 3 times a year. but i dont drive the sss much i only put about 1700 miles in 2008 all year. its put away for the winter now

Just figured i would post this. i was looking around for stock SSS wheels and came across this site.www. finishlinewheels.com 249 each for OEM silver and 379 for OEM chrome. there are replica ones on the site also for about a 100 dollars cheaper each wheel.

Nice kill. it always nice when you can smoke a sports car when it weight half what you do. how many pounds on the charger i dont know what a 3.0 pulley is good for. i run a turbo set up on the sss.
