Mike, don't start throwing coil packs at it. Slide under the truck while it is cold and wrap on each cat with a closed fist. I bet you will hear a rattle, which means the cat is degrading internally. A failing cat is a common cause of a a P0300 random misfire code with these trucks.

Could be a cat fouling up......are they the originals??

Was the CEL flashing? You really need to scan for the code like Art said.....

Add alluminum accumulator pistons to that parts list... A 3600 stall is a waste on a bolt on truck unless you are upgrading the cam to match it. 3000-3200 would really make a bolt on truck pop. You should look into Precision Industries, a quality piece that has a great track record with these trucks....
