haynss Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 Right now its hard to tell with regards to the outlaw vs truFlow, but there is no degradation. My MPG are ~ the same. Dylan06SS Posted January 30, 2005 Report Share Posted January 30, 2005 *****UPDATE***** Testing of the NEW "IMPROVED" Volant VS. the Outlaw as well as supercharged application was completed today and witnessed by 3 members of the site that can all verify that the testing was as unbiased and accurate as possible. NEW Volant VS. Outlaw: Outlaw comes out on top again, but at least this time the Volant was better than stock. Charts, numbers, and results will be posted soon. SO... in a nutshell the new Volant is an improvement over the old one, but it still isn't performing on the same level as the Outlaw system. Supercharged Application: The prototype Outlaw supercharged system was tested and produced approx 21 hp and 20 ft/lbs versus a stock airbox! I know these numbers seem hard to believe... and I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, but it is the truth! I'll update this w/ more detailed information as soon as I get it.
